I will always love RR, simply because of the fact that you actually get to play the archetype, and not a 3 card engine with 20 hand traps and a generic extra deck.

And I never said that they were any good. I was merely stating the fact that people still use Raidraptors as an engine because the top comment stated that they love RR because people can play it as an archetype when a lot of other archetypes can be played as is without any other engines or handtraps and that Raidraptor can also be used as an engine or that people can put engines in their Raidraptor deck

If there's a tier 0 issue then releasing the decks that have the most chance of competing with them first and then releasing casual options once things are stable is the most sensible course of action.

Honestly this deck reminds me some kind of synchron deck: if you are able to pass through a couple of blocking points you cannot be stopped anymore. Other than that however I see lots of vulnerabilities that will never make it tier relevant. Would be fun for some initial ladder climbing though

Does any one else hate when cards have summoning condition that are almost impossible to meet naturally. Ie. the new Raidraptor card says 5 level 13 monsters. That’s unnecessary, it will never be summoned that way, might as well say 99 level 1 monsters. Why have overly ridiculous material requirements when designing a card, you can just write can only be XYZ summoned with a rank up card
The same people shouting " WheRee tF is VoiCElesSZz voicE " is the same people who will cry of suffering when voiceless voice actually comes out for how strong the deck is

You can add a threeish card PK engine with Rusty to get a fog blade due to the high amount of bodies you have left on the field
Also they have a rank up spell that you can use to get into Arise Heart

My problem with RR is that the engine is too big. It's like you are going to use every monster in the archetype to combo

RR is the type of deck that you need to play this cards since they lock yourself into it
I can't wait for Tenpai and White Woods in MD. The Toy Box cards were out in the last pack, so I think White Woods has to be coming up some time soon.

When r they gonna bring out the new gandora and silent cards that came out with the new yubel support box set, that's what I'm waiting for the most atm
This deck would be so much better if you weren't locked into raidraptors only. Then you could make Dweller, Time Thief, IP/SP, Apoloussa etcetc.
You won't get locked depending on what monsters you use.
For example, using either of Fuzzy Lanius' effect would lock you into Raidraptors only.
While using Strangle Lanius' first effect locks you into DARK Monsters only.
So the deck could still play S:P Little Knight and summon it on their turn, you just need to have the specific cards and extenders.
Fun Fact! They only lock you from SPECIAL SUMMONING (like either only DARK or Raidraptors) so you can still use/trigger the effect of Simorgh of Perfection to NORMAL SUMMON ITSELF FROM THE HAND, if a Winged-Beast is summoned.

Psst, rexterm affects ultimate falcon (its attack gets reduced), and all other unaffected monsters as well
What you said is just a lie, Rexterm doesn't affect Ultimate Falcon, nor any of the Monsters in the game itself (yes, even if they are not towers).
Rexterm AFFECTS AND PREVENTS THE *"OPPOSING PLAYER"* FROM ACTIVATING THEIR MONSTER'S EFFECTS THAT HAS A HIGHER ATK THAT YOUR LP.
THEY AFFECT THE PLAYER, NOT THE MONSTER. That's why it looks like Ultimate Falcon is affected even though it's not.
This is literally the same for Rescue-ACE impulse's first effect that could prevent your opponent (and you) from activating their Expurrely Noir from activating it's effects that turn.

I didn't even know raidraptor had gotten new support in TCG/OCG. Seems extremely irrelevant. I was hoping for the obvious relevant decks, like Voiceless, Melodious, and White Forest.
Wow! Remember that Simorg, Bird of Sovereignty is not banned in Master Duel.
Some cards lock you into raidraptors, and some others lock you into dark
@@Dante09 , I know but a combo can be crafted with it even with that restrict. Remember the combo with Thunderbird. It used Raidraptor cards and still performed the combo despite the restrictions. It's about cooking something that can take benefit from it despite the limitations.
@@Timeater rr has two cards that lock you into dark, both are played at three, there's also fuzzy that locks into rr. 2/3 of these are turn locks, aka you can't summon simorg, then use the effect. Then your end phase summon, you are almost certainly locked into dark from strangle so your best target is dark simorgh, but keep in mind that you have 2 backrow already, so you can only have 1 other backrow, else you can't summon lvl7 or above.
The thunderbird combo just uses some rr cards to facilitate their desired end board.
Nevertheless I would love to be proven wrong, but still simorgh is taking up an extra deck slot and dark simorgh is a brick

All this nonsense is coming (raidrapyor, Yubel, Snake Eyes, etc.), but voiceless voice, the melodius support, or white forest aren't anywhere close to coming out.
That is such bs. Seriously some stuff like Melodius was out before the Yubel support. It makes the game a lot less fun if you just keep seeing the same decks everytime.

Waking the Dragon is slow and unreliable though, and there's likely going to be an Evenly Matched hitting you if you set multiple cards.
