I can’t think of Scriabinesque or Russian futurist work for pierrot ensemble. The closest thing may be the chamber symphonies of Roslavets, but they are quite distant from this ensemble. In this way, your work is ground breaking.
Scriabin is one of my absolute favorite composers and I adore his music. As the description says, this was merely “an attempt to evoke his harmony” I don’t by any means think this an accurate imitation as it’s an entirely incomplete work that I did as a homework assignment and the chord progressions are somewhat different from Scriabin. The coda also doesn’t sound like something Scriabin would write to me. As for the title of the video, that’s literally the reason I wrote this with this harmony, so I rather see this as an homage rather than any disrespect. The piece didn’t have a title so I titled the video this because I thought it was humorous and relevant to my intense interest in Scriabin at the time.

If I had a genie, I would probably wish for Scriabin to have composed loads of chamber music.
that genie’s name is roslavets
@@samuelmincarelli5051his son Julian likely would have been the best successor if he didn’t drown when he was 11
Recognized the Scriabin sound with the piano introduction 🤣
dude really liked trills what can I say…
Prometheus vibes
Mmmmm really nice
Sounds nice.
Someone's been addicted to Prometheus lately
This is four years old so I’ve overcome that addiction at this point.
cool!! the very first gesture in the clarinet reminds me a little bit of Vogel als Prophet
Oh, I’m not familiar with that.
what made you have the urge to post this 4 year old work.
I wanted to upload some music so I can share it with people. I don’t think it’s at all unusual to upload a four year old work.
This is such disrespect to scriabin
Why?
