To whoever is reading this, I hope that whatever you're going through gets better and whatever you're struggling with or worrying about is going to be fine and that everyone has a fantastic day.
I'm 39 and goin back to school. I had taken algebra in highschool and failed it basically. Throughout the years of on and off community college, I avoided math like the plague, even taking Math G (math for liberal arts students) where you write ABOUT math. I was terrified. I now am admitted into San Francisco State and the Precalc teacher is the WORSE. Half of the class has dropped out. He doesn't actually teach but just makes us gather in groups for "Labs"(teaching/trying to work out new topics with each other) But the Organic Chemistry Teacher definitely saved me and instilled actual realistic hope in achieving my dreams. I feel so lucky and appreciative. I am relying on him heavily to guide me through these years. I have hope of finishing mainly because he has made these videos.
You make me actually like math. At first glance, some of these probs can be daunting but the way you explain the process of solving it makes is so easy & beautiful. Thank you
I love how you post this video today since today is a Sci-Math event of our school and I'm participating in the quiz bee. Thanks for always supporting us✌️✌️✌️
What do u mean bro ? We need the g(x) to be in the domain of f but we don't give a shit about x to be in the domain of f because we are talking about f(g) not f(x)
The problem with these videos is they are too vague. There are no definitions, no examples of odd cases and meandering around the point without getting to it. Because of that after watching these videos people *kinda* understand what's going on bit if you gave them a hard problem to solve they would have no idea where to start because they have no base of knowledge. You ALWAYS start with the definition before going into example. Otherwise you have no idea what you're actually doing
Oh my goodness, thank you so much for this!! I literally just learned this in my calc class today and I was so confused- thank you so very much you are a lifesaver 😭🥲

I hate lecture but your voice is so calming. it keeps me focused :(
I was so confused while learning in school but this video actually really helped a lot and now I understand it more

I need to watch this one more time 💆🏽♀️😩
Really amazing explanation 😊😊
dude be teaching better than IIT professors:))
Just what I needed thankyou ❤
That was helpful. Thanks.
What about the range? Hos is it defined in a composite function?
Very nice and useful. Thanks.
you’re goated
More Calculus II videos please
This is not Calculus II it's precalculus.
@@nifesimikotun6313 I just stated that I wanted more Calculus II videos in the future. Don’t see anything wrong with that.
@@nifesimikotun6313 He didn't say that this was a Calculus II video?
for f(x) = 4x/2x+1 , x can be equal to 0 since it wont be undefined. so wouldnt its domain be (-infinity, -1/2) u (-1/2, infinity)?!?!
ur awesome man
what applications can we use involving domain and range?
Fourier series pls
Amazing boss
Why did you change the direction of the inequality?
Thanks sir
6:18 Why wouldnt the restriction x != -2 also be in the domain?
"And it makes sense"
No man... it doesn't. Lol.
how can the denominator not be 0when its 2/x-3?wouldn't it just be -3
What happens tho when f(x) itself has a restriction?
What do u mean bro ? We need the g(x) to be in the domain of f but we don't give a shit about x to be in the domain of f because we are talking about f(g) not f(x)
Dawg you made me more confused get to the point
What about range puth?
Please do on eigenvalues and eigenfunction 😸, many thanks.
But what about range 😢
