their is a massive cooldown because if u were to catch them u would get insta banned the cooldown depaneds how far you travel

yes that’s cooldown. you have to wait 2 hours if you want to catch something in a different location after playing in one spot. if you haven’t played in 2 hours then you can teleport to any pokemon and catch it, but then you’ll be locked there for 2 hours, and that time resets with every pokemon or pokestop that you interact with

do a little searching about cooldown. there’s a lot of different things you can do that will trigger cooldown, catching pokemon, spinning pokestops, doing raids, fighting in gyms

Nope the only risk is for the account that you login with. Just make sure not to login on your main while you have ipogo downloaded
