@@M-Hamdoun Keep in mind he's probably using tools to assist in his running. I can plainly see his stamina NEVER depletes which makes me think he's also using some cheats. I would not be surprised if he was also using plugins to do auto deflects and various other "incredible" things.

health regeneration is a thing even in unmodded, just requires dlc to play in master mode
