THE EXPERIENCE THAT CHANGES US TO THE ROOT

THE FIRST
In the first Sadesati , we first think about death, as this is usually the time when our grandparents or other older relatives pass away.
Our carefree childhood died
Our social life is associated with many restrictions and pressures, our opinions and desires are little considered.
No longer being children, but not becoming adults either, we are forced to obey our parents, teachers, and so on.

The upheavals of life and material deprivation make us stop and think: “Why am I doing this?
What am I doing wrong?
Where should we move next?"
In the famous myth "The Majesty of Saturn", the dharma of the raja is symbolically represented in the form of an oil press.
Thus we are told that to obtain the oil, which represents pure essence, essence, or true nature, the destruction of the outer shell of the seed or grain is required.

We must accept with gratitude what we are destined to experience.
You should develop such qualities as modesty, devotion, sympathy, get rid of condemnation, irritation, stop thinking yourself the most important and most important and devote yourself to selfless service to others and God.
The more you turn to the Higher Forces, the more you follow the spiritual path, the easier it will be for you to endure this period.

Really needed this video. I have moon in 11th house and had to face addiction issues as well as drastic career changes.
Sade sati finally coming to an end. But saturn antar Dasha will be starting from sept. The peak of my sade sati was in 2020-23 and I had severe anxiety. That time period was difficult but made me learn stress and emotional management. My moon and saturn are in a parivartan yog aspecting each other (3&9 th house) and the sadesati just enhanced this dynamic overpowering My moon. The thing that helped my mental health the most during that time was regular exercise.
Best remedies for any Shani period:
(1) Do good karma, especially to the under privileged

I am makar rashi with saturn in uttara phala nakshatra, in virgo in the 3rd house along with Jupiter.
