- Ever wondered what happens back at the factory when the team returns after a race weekend?
Well, wonder no more as we take you behind the scenes at Infiniti Red Bull Racing to follow Christian Horner as he gets to grips with the Monday after Italian Grand Prix.
What's discussed within the team? What's planned for Singapore? What are the Team's next steps? And most important of all, what exactly appears on Daniel Ricciardo’s expense claims sheet?

Christian: “We were beaten by to Williams cars”
Me: **Double Checks Date of Release**
Lol same
I remember that year: Williams finished 3rd at the end of the season with 320 points in the constructor championship. What a memories...
@@emilianogarcia7176 3th what
@@bennybouken thirth
@@bennybouken 3rd, sorry
"two very quick Williams cars" what a memories :D
Very quick Williams cars in Massa's and Bottas' hands :)
Haha i know
you can thank the Mercedes engines for thatmate
@@alanfender123 so what's wrong now?
@@varunreddy4326 Dedicated F1 brands can't compete financially with teams that branch from large car manufacturers anymore.
Adrian has his emails printed out and Christian types with his index finger. Such a contrast to the tecchy world of F1.
NSX-R *
NSX-R, I type with my index finger and I’m a communications major born in 2000
@@wastefellow2569 HAHA You can't be a major AND be born in 2000.
*Oh wait...*
@@wastefellow2569 Wait how did you do that at age 9? :D Just kidding. I cant belive how I´m already 23 oO
what a waste of papers printing emails. I can read my emails on my work phone easy
Just shows you that no matter how innovative/exciting the final product, behind it is just people doing their job like the rest of us.
Yeah, that's how it's nowadays. Just a normal job. I remember a tim when it was a true adventure, with only a few people, mostly friends, on the ship. It was not a normal job
and people keep believing f1 is cutting edge engineering, just look at them having meetings about meetings and sending each other emails. lol just a normal corporation ;)
Yeah it might be a normal job, but they're moving at a VERY fast pace with precision. Going Above and Beyond expectations, each day, everyday. That's why they're paid BIG money. Now be honest with yourself. Do you give 100% at your job: each day, every day?
@@ignacyk4585 Try apply for a position... They're not normal employees, they are select few that excel in areas normal people don't.
@@sadbadmac Exactly. Of course, the racers are world class, but they are not the only ones. The engine engineers, aerodynamic engineers and so many more are at the absolute top of their field. These employees are making mad bank because they are able to do things others can't. Just like an F1 race car driver.
would be cool to make a 2023 version of this video and see how much things have changed in the last 8 years
imagine having Daniel Ricardo casually calling you on your mobile phone...
even better if you recieve a prank call from Ricciardo
please not
CODMASTA you butchered his name well
He's not God.
I would imagine that receiving calls from Prince Charles would be more weird coz he does
What a Boss,
Looks after all of his departments. Checks what's going on. No arrogance, clear directions and accessible.
1barnet1 guess why he works there
@Merrk I'd guess he has valet service or maybe he's in a hurry (those meeting sound booked by the minute)
Nothing to do with the camera following him around ?
Cameras are on. Behave
1barnet1 have you watched him on the F1 Netflix show. He was pretty rude
Ricciardo expensing the shit out of them cracks me up really 🤣. I always use this example to justify my expenses and it always works lol "if even Ricciardo can expense a bottle of water and makes millions.." Solid argument!
Would be a dream to work for such a company . Love those look behind the scenes stuff . Shows just how important every member is in such a company no matter what they exactly doing everyone counts .
How much were you paid for this comment?
@@NinjaNoddy4243 timely good races I think
You just want to look at that fit secretary all day you
Hope you got a job there.
This reminded my of The Office for some reason.
probably the stacks of paper lol
I thought the same thing. Camera angles are more like the Office.
the interview with the secretary at 2:53 should be part of the Office script, also the bit before when she talks about printing out emails is some of the funniest stuff I've heard
We said not Tim. So, shall I put strong role model ?
@@poikanick9041 Same!!
Are we gonna ignore the fact he parked like an absolute madman?
When you're the boss, you park where ever you like.
@@Matthewbraaten That's true
That was probably setup for the video. Interesting that he drives a fairly ordinary car though.
Strange to hear them talk about Williams being ahead of them in any races.
Jack Naylor hhaha Ikr
when daniel calls at the end you can tell the boss was about to say "do you have receipts for those expenses"
is wild to find this video today
I wonder how 24 hours look like after azerbaijan 2018?
hi syam OH SHIT YES
Probably horner just sitting down max and daniel and handing out slaps like it's Christmas
LOL
Lmao !!
@@InsaneDrumer18 Ricciardo. It's your fault. But we will pretend that it's 50/50 for us.
I like the way that it almost looks like Christian Horner is having his first day at work when he steps in, not saying it looks unprofessional in anyway, but that he has such a nice mood and greets everybody, it must be a very nice place to work
All about keeping team morale high.
Well they wouldn't have 4 championships if they didn't all get along. The environment needs to be sacred, proffesional and full of 100% focused people to achieve such major success. So yes he has to keep the teams morale high.
I'm sure parts were war when mark and Seb were fighting but still they just said it will all be good and side with Seb and that was that:) in the offices im sure people wouldn't be chucking keyboards and mouses at their colleagues if someone added an extra centimetre to the front wing.
He’s on camera.
Would be interesting to see the scenes now that Max Verstappen has won the Drivers championship.
I am here.
"Empowering them..." - "Trust" - "Faith"... What a quality leader!
lol.."quality" yeah sure..especially in 2024. I never liked RB but have no respect left, embarrassing to no end with those disgusting texts out in the public it just makes me puke. Not one but both of them should face consequences.
Get paid by the millions, still declare your cheap water and food.
I love it.
act broke to stay rich
7 quids for a bottle of water? Cheap?
@@nurkutnelnileynylmaz569 he means for charging the company for it means hes cheap.
The amount of work that goes into every race is just mindboggeling. Huge respect to everyone involved into F1.
When you hear Williams taking 3rd and 4th. How times have changed
One thing about Christian Horner: that man knows how to wear a suit
He looks more like Bond
Not how to iron one though 0:36
@@boltonwandererscluboffootb4615 😂😂😂
Of course why do you think a spice girl married him
Imagine the pile of job applications for this place!
OK or NO
It's obvious that the exit door is just as busy as I saw very few employees over 40. Not a good sign.
That wont be the whole work force in the clip shown, I can guarantee you that. Every factory has a different feel and ethic. RBR is understood to be one of the better places to be employed.
It's more likely they run after the superstar engineer or researcher that has knowledge or research on what they need.
It's always who you know.. (well most of time).
Christian just makes up his own car parking space. Proper Boss.
Do we have the tyres ready for Daniel?
loll
Best video you guys have released. I know we would all love to see more like this. It is always very intriguing!
We're getting ready for this weekend's #SingaporeGP , but ever wondered what happens 24 hours after a Formula One race?
We go behind the scenes at our factory in Milton Keynes, as we follow Christian for the Monday after the #ItalianGP .
That was fairly fascinating...
Good luck
Mr nice guy,and a cool dude
Awesome segment.
Good video, but Christian, don't you know how to pronounce Dan's last name yet??
5:32 Stormtrooper helmet! :D
Was that a race helmet used by a driver?
It was used by the pit crew in Monaco 2005 . They were promoting Star Wars episode III . they even had a star wars livery that race
Vasisht Vasudevan Thanks for the info, mate
Awesome insight, Great to see what the team goes through after a race. Thanks for the upload!
That secretary is fucking beautiful.
*****
You're ugly. I hope you never breed.
***** lol. All of your comments are just vile insults spewed at random people.
People like you suffer far much more from their own lives than any insult that could be received on the internet.
Inside and outside, you're fucking ugly. If you ever have kids they'll probably kill themselves in front of you out of disgust.
Paul Hogan replying a month after the fact? so topical
Spot on, she is. Superb taste Sir. ;)
SpaceManDawn fucked the secretary yet you omega fucking loser?
Ferrari fan here, Love what RBR are doing on TH-cam.
I’d love to see another one of these! I’ve watched this one so many times😂
Cannot believe that millionaire drivers expense bottles of water from airports!
It says it in the video at 00:45, Daniel Riccardo. He currently has a guaranteed salary of £3.7 million, plus any bonuses. In 2014 it was around £1 million, I think he can afford a bottle of water!
icedbannanas why pay when the company will pay for you? It's not rocket science is it?
because it's a piss take when you make millions and makes him look petty and cheap. what are people of a hundredth of his salary going to make of that, it's hardly uniting.
cheapskate drivers !
The joke is he is claiming it back on expenses, rather than just buying it himself.
in 2019 hearing sentence two very quick williams cars actually shocked me
Sign of a good leader when they know everyone's name. It's so incidental but incredibly important.
Love this behind the scenes, looks like great business to work for. People focussed and mindset of number 1 team in the globe.
Please do one after a race win, would love to see the difference in the debrief
Love these behind the scenes videos. Semi-scripted, but i'm sure if you did more, everyone would become more relaxed
Thanks for sharing Team RedBull. I love all the videos please keep them coming.
This was awesome! Thanks heaps for sharing!
I don’t what it is but it gives me Office vibes
Great insight into the day to day running of the team.
Thank you so much for this video. I had the greatest respect for Christian but to see what a great Person of our Time deals with every day is truly humbling.
Love the factory and behind the scenes stuff.
I've watched this three times already and now I'm watching this again. Too desperate for the F1 season to start, who else?
Christian seems like the type of manager that I want to work for!
Need this kind of videos back..
So awesome, thanks for sharing Red Bull!!
Very cool. More please!
Adrian is so old school. I have to send him a fax :)
fax is way too modern for him :)
Adrian is so old school you should send him a hand written scroll.
no, rather post him a letter :P
Mytheroo that would not have been funny
Nooooo, send him a handwritten scroll via carrier pigeon :)
Awesome. We need more behind the scenes videos.
thanks for the video
great insight behind the scene how a team is run
Love that Daniel Ricardo will expense Water in an airport!!
What does that mean exactly? Submit a reimbursement request?
Would love to see an updated video, seeing how/if anything has changed since they have won 2 drivers and 1 constructors championship
Great Video! Bring more of these! A week maybe?
great video, thanks for sharing
i used to work in the building opposite back when it was stewart racing, then jaguar.
More of this please. Interesting to watch from driver point of view also. 24 hour after race weekend
Nice to see that there is always a lot going on. Easy to forget the work behind the scenes has to take place to bring the race to the track.
absolutelly awesome vid, I love to learn more about F1 and how much work it takes every day! not only on race weekends to put the two redbulls on the podium, Thank you for this video again. Please make more!
How fascinating is the world of F1 ? How I wish to work there with the best team !
F1 Simulator Maniac same
Strong David Brent vibes here 😂
Always very nice to hear/ watch the all team! Thank you very much Horner! Nice comments and I am very happy for your wife!! 🙂👏👏👏💐
You know you've made it when you can park right by the building entrance behind barriers
This was cool. Pls more, rbr!
Go Daniel .... From Australia ... Paesano
Christian probably has the best job in the world. You can tell watching this short film how the Red Bull people love their jobs.
thanks for sharing!!
Should do a follow-up to this video!
What a great leader...very down to earth...
Even though I am a web/graphic/UX designer I wish I could be a part of Red Bull racing. Such an awesome place to be working in & for.
that was a really good insight into RBR, but i couldn't help but channel Christian as Michael Scott and RBR as Dunder Mifflin lol
4:45 didnt really help you did it Horner?
Part two? Please? It was really interesting..
Fantastic piece.
Thanks very informative
Any chance of a job? =]
go to their website.
hand or blow?
@@JH-jo9wt Bruh 😂😂
He suddenly picks up the phone and changes to serious dad mode @8:51
This is like an episode of the office 😂😂😂😂
😂😂 01:02 joking about Scottish being tight, typical English guy😅
Think of it as another episode of 'The Office' for a second. You cannot unsee it, can you? :)
At 6:53 when he says "the other half" I wonder if he was talking about Geri or Beverly
I absolutely love this...
An excellent example of leadership.
Oh that was really interesting- is there a part 2 to this? And as an executive assistant, I was feeling Nicole's' stress!
I loved the Star Wars concept they had for Monaco 2005, it would be better if they had someone dressing as Vader giving instructions on the pitwall
this is good guys... Could so with more of this, for us f1 fan, makes the racing more fun..
1:23 Dan Fallows...he snatched the blueprints of the RB18 and got it to AMR hahaha! Also good to see all those key people are still with RBR as of 2022. like Piere Wache, Paul Monaghan, Jonathan Wheatley.
0:52 THE VOICE CRACK LMFAO
@2:06 "I'm sure he knows where all his PAYPAHZAH!!!"
Wow! This is just like the F1 2019 Game I just bought! This is fantastic.
a really cool in site to what a team does after the race weekend
In my next life I'm going to come back as Christian Horner.
This reminds me so much of The Office :D
0:32 ‘Good morning Monneypenny’. Christian is like a real life James Bond lol, such a charismatic man.
Very cool video :)
With Sergio in the mix for 2021, no doubt, Red Bull will have more trophies added to those cabinets.
As of the middle of the 2022 season, I’d say you’re fairly correct 😂
The most dominant duo on the grid.
Love his secretary... (Nicole) business-like !
Red bull has such a relax appearance to their company, I'm aware this is not the case but I like it.
Great stuff. I like videos like this.
