I had my navy one for 5 yrs already, but the zip tags wear out a bit

How durable are these, I see lots of used ones with lots of wear and tear. Not sure if because bad quality or just used a lot

Pretty good durability so far. I use mine everyday since I got it and no signs of wear. Do you know how old the ones you're looking at are?

Is this backpack ok with 17.3" laptop?

Probably not. My 15.6" laptop fits pretty snug.
