I oh so bad wanna get a small air fryer, that’s not a bad price! I use a mini crockpot for a lot of my meals in the winter. What a beautiful and loving kitty 🐈 great tunes as always 😎❤️ much love from Oregon
Ooh I'd love to see the air fryer meals you'd come up with, you're always cooking the tastiest looking food on your channel! The fur babies and I send love back, Gina!🤗🍻
I've been living in my van for 10 years full-time and thought I had it made, then got me a are fryer. Wow what a life changer. I can cook all kinds of stuff and it takes Las power then my toaster now I do have two batteries, 490 worth of soler and a 200 inverter, one of the tracks I've found was I can use paper balls that I cut around so it fits nicely in the basket, its like a 1 person air fryer and I just throw ball away so there's nothing to clen afterwards. Great find.
Seems like your battery is the issue. At 100Ah and 12v, you're only getting at max 1200 watts, which, even though the fryer says 1000W, is probably not enough with other losses (inverter fan, control panel etc), and a 'not new' battery. Either get a higher rating battery, or add another one in parallel (+ to +, - to -) to give you 200A at 12v = 2400W
You're Right! Her Air Fryer is 800 watts, even if she has an inverter to convert DC to AC at 1000 watts , doesn't mean it has enough battery amps to keep up to the load and thats why she goes ito alarm and the voltage drops down to 10 volts. She needs 2 batteries at least in parallel to handle more amps.
Thank you so much, this is exactly the information I was hoping to learn! It is unfortunate that I'll need more power, since the van is so limited on space, but at least this points me in the right direction. I appreciate your help!🍻😁
@@GetterBetterChannel There's also some energy lost when you do a conversion (that's why invertors have fans and fins on them) - sometimes it's better to find a 12v device and not bother with the A/C conversion if you can find one (I know, near impossible)
@@freethrillsdotcom Very good point, I think I'll stick with only the small appliances on the inverter for now and keep an eye out for DC items for the future, at least until I can figure out how to fit another battery in there.
That little silicone cup is so cute. Might have to get one of those “Dash” egg cookers (fryer or boiled). Those little Dash devices pull just over 30 Watts. Thanks for sharing.
So the answer is no. Too many watts. Lots of people use propane stoves, low wattage microwaves, induction stoves, small rice cookers etc. the wattage needs to be quite a bit lower than the max. I’m gonna see that if I can find a low watt air fryer on Amazon.
Not quite enough power from the one battery is what I'm told, makes sense. Even though my inverter is 2000 W and the appliance peaks at 1100 W. Hopefully you're able to find something that works well!
I thought your eggsperiment pun was fabulous! And Pearl on your shoulder...it really is her world and we just live in it. Where did you get that adorable silicon cup from?
😂🤗❤Thank you so much Andrea!! I wish I could remember where the little cup originally came from, I'm sure it's been kicking around for several years...probably some random liquidation sale.😂
Bottom line: it drew too much power to be useful. See people's comments below for amperage discussions. If you're in a hurry like I was, skip to 9:00. The rest of the video is her complaining about going to the dump, squinting, smiling, making faces, and doing things INSIDE HER HOUSE.
😂You weren't in THAT big of a hurry.... Sounds like you might have a problem with facial expressions, or houses, or just mine....or maybe an internalized issue with your own. Wanna talk about it?

Getting the camping itch! Your kitty is too cute!! 🐾🫶
Eeee campin time!! 🤗
What's the peak watts on the airfryer
2 months later and still forgot to confirm from the manual....🤦♀️I think it's peak 1100 W. Hope you're doing well, Blair!🤗

That's awesome, it sounds like you have a great set-up! I like that paper hack too, good idea! Thanks so much!
Eggscellent vlog

Thank you Priscilla! Ooh, I like the van-sized sound of that, I'll have to look into them!🤗

Most air fryers are about 1500 volts. I had to shop around to get a low 900 watt one.
Hi Getter Better
Hiiiii Alan!!🤗
I bought an air fryer, making sure it was only 900 watts. So it works in my RV with my 1000 watt inverter. But it takes a lot of power.
Well I finally got my be-hind over here to sub! Hey gurl good to see ya!
Patti!!!! So good to see ya here!!🤗❤
@@GetterBetterChannel good to see you too honey!🌸🩷

Per usual, you are looking eggs-quisite😊
😂🤗🤗Thank you Katie!!!❤
What kind of dog is that?
Hiii Martna! He's is a mix of a bunch of things, primarily German Shepard, Newfounlander, and maybe Malamute! 😁🐶
Pretty kitty!
Get a power bank..Aka solar generator. Mine will run an air fryer no problem.
❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
😆🥰🤗
Your air fryer is drawing way more than 10000 watts.
I think you're right, I believe the peak is 1100W. Might have to save the air fryer mainly for the times I have shore power.

Ok, so do tell about Matthew. It’s been a long time. My opinion-he was a controlling personality, and you were too strong of a person for him.
Oh Ralph, it has been a long time. Ask me again in another couple years.😉 You're a friggen gem, sending love from the fur babies and I!
