They chopped his arm off because there were two poems tattooed on his right arm indicating who he is. His body is not decomposing because when he was a child he drank his teacher monks medicine bottle it should take only one drop at a time. He was unconscious they kept him in a medicine boat ( boat filled with liquid medicine) for 3 months. Not magic it’s the power of medicine.
Not at all . Much research has been done to disprove that claim. The monk was in his 80' s when he died and this is the body of a much younger person. Also the dates of death and the body been brought to Goa, prove that it is that of St.Francis Xaviar.

There are 3 main reasons to say that the body is not that of Thotagamuwe Raahula. 1, there is evidence of St. Francis Zaviars body found incorrupt after his burial and when it was deposited in Malacca. 2, The dates of Rahulas death and that of Francis Zaviar. Rahula died long before Francis Zaviar. There is ni historical evidence of Rahulas body been incorrupt in Sri Lanka. 3, Rahula was over 80 years on death. Francis Zaviar in his 40'. The body in Goa is nit of a 80, year old. Further thre are hundreds of otger incorrupt bodies of Catholic saints. Not of Buddhist monks....
