    I'm with Grigor, De Minaur and Khachanov in that I'd prefer a serve like Nick or Roger's. They're less dependent on height (though Nick is tall, obviously) and they give a tremendous amount of freedom with their placement. Also, their disguise on the ball toss is out of this world.

    • @hehehehehahahaha2025
      @hehehehehahahaha2025 4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      not sure why anyone would pick Federer's serve when they could just pick the guy after whom Federer modeled his own serve. In other words, Sampras; same height as Fed, disguise and placement AT LEAST as good, more spin and pace with the addition of not crumbling under pressure.

    Roger's "class" might not be a physical shot, but the way he carries himself gives him a mental edge over younger players who are new to big stages (not to mention lucrative endorsement deals). Sampras had the greatest serve of all time. There were bigger servers than him in his time (Ivanisevic, Rusedski), but the difference was his serve was clutch in the most important matchwinning moments and he won so many grand slams with it.
