I don't know if anyone picked up on it but the trick that Moz was doing in this scene is the same trick when Moz met Neal for the first time. Very poetic.
Nozzle had never called him Peter to his face before. It was always “Suit”, with his wife being “Mrs. Suit” until he got to know her. Here, he’s showing he truly trusts him to be a good guy, an honest Joe, a solid cop who can see the gray. And he’s asking sincerely if he’s okay. Nicely done, Moz. Nicely done.
I didn't catch that before because I was so emotional thinking Neal died. Now that you pointed this out, I'm at a loss for words. This show had a perfect ending.
Guys, Moz knew all time long and in fact he planned it. That's why you see the mannequin first which is the same one Moz brought to Neal when Beal asked Moz for a final escape plan. That why the card is left also in the painting because it was in fact Moz saying goodbye to Burk. Moz was just Monitoring to see uf there was the need to tell Burk and when he asked Burk he knew he needed Neal to be alive so that's why he sent the bottle to Burk's to give him the hint.
Makes sense he gave Neal (Suits kid) the teddy bear. His childhood possession maybe his most sentimental possession. Perhaps he was saying to all in the family goodbye as well.
The sad part is even with the reboot of the show this really is the final goodbye to Mozzie. We miss you Willie Garson, R.I.P White Collar will NOT be the same without you.
I recently heard a theory from a friend of mine that Moz actually knew that Neal was alive. He saw Moz after it all went down. Moz was the one who left the wine for the Burkes, and obviously he planted the idea in Peter's head that Neal wasn't really dead
The wife and I just rewatched this show again. Something that came to Mind this time. I asked the question “did Neal leave Mozzie a clue like he did Peter”. The conclusion I came to is no. Moz says in this scene “no more conspiracies for me” to Peter. Neal’s faked death broke Mozzie of that cycle and he’s going to be better for it. Great show and so glad we own the whole series on DVD.
I always hated the fact nozzle didn’t know. I was hoping Pete told him when he found out. Sometimes I didn’t like the way Neal treated mozzie compared to Peter.
@@nikolacxDno he didn’t find out, what makes you think that. mizzie said he thought that for a long time but then it turned out Neal didn’t fake anything.
@@nikolacxD edsyeah, I know. But I have a visual impairment. Was that the same card mozzie had? Like really the same? Because o always hated the fact neal did that to mozzie
Willie Garrison was an amazing actor I don't know how many people knew he was in quantum leap before he was ever in White collar I am not sure the voice to text spelled his name correctly but I can't do anything about that, so sad the way he died. It seems like cancer or illnesses like diabetes have been taking most of the best actors lately.
For a long time I used to think that white collar might make a comeback like prison break since it had that option. That expectation ended with the demise of Willie.. Would have loved to see it make a comeback.. anyways, RIP Mr Garson
Anyone who thinks Neal actually died in the show... never watched the show. In order for the disappearance to work, Neal knew Moz had to act as if he was gone, and knew that he would continue looking if he didn't clue him in. The card proves that Neal planned it ahead of time... and therefore gave Moz comfort in the end. Moz would have gone crazy if Neal had actually died.

This scene was so brilliantly written and played out...I miss this show.
It is on Disney + now
I don't know if anyone picked up on it but the trick that Moz was doing in this scene is the same trick when Moz met Neal for the first time. Very poetic.
Well hold on to your hat because it is coming back
White Collar would not have been the same without Mozzie, RIP Willy and this scene has an entire new meaning now...
Fact. Mozzie was the glue.
I honestly I did not look at your comment before I wrote mine.
honestly it's Mozzie's headshake that always gets me. It's such a sad, reluctant, obvious admittance - and thus he moves from denial to depression.
How are you, Peter?...
That part gets me
He called him 'Peter'
Ye he called him peter just before peter says he sees him
He also changed the subject with that 😂 regardless. It was an authentic care when he asked peter how he was doing

Can’t believe Willie Garson has passed away. He did a brilliant job portraying Mozzie. This scene feels different now.
Rest In Peace, Willie Garson
🙏🏿

"And I hear him"

I'm in the denial stage. Can't believe Mozzie is gone.
Still in denial. He was an amazing actor and, for what I know, an amazing person. I'm rewatching the show and he really brig it to life!
Thanks for all the laughter, Willie! RIP! 😥
Fly high mozz, in someway you and Neil mark my life with White collar. I'll remember you in every single episode.
This has a whole new feeling to it today

RIP Mozzie! You will be missed. 😞 willie passed away today.
RIP Mozzie. U were my favorite character
Mee, too
I love this scene. It's an homage to when Neil met Mozzie
I like how they bonded over the seasons.
RiP Willie
Rip Willie Garson, such an iconic person and you will be missed
This hits differently now that Willie has passed.
A brilliant concept that needs continuing..
Also, a brilliant cast...need it back
Thanks for the great show. Rest In Peace Willie Garson.

Goodbye Mozzie. RIP.
Please continue the series
They confirmed a reboot
No more conspiracy theories.
After all this time I know but where is that scene where he has a ticket to Paris
This hurts even more since Willie passed
I think this show had the greatest ending maybe in all of tv history.
I guess Mozzie eventually finds out neal is not dead, with solid proof lets him go.
The acting in this scene…
I love this scene, always makes me remember how many times Mozzie saved Peter (Logging the cell phones) 😂
I love this show
Not seen this series or any clue outside what is told here about what this is about, but wow. Here is some good acting and writing.

Neal walks by as camera pans out. That's him walking beside another gentleman
I've never heard of this show, but I have always liked the characters that the guy doing the card game has acted in. This show sounds interesting.
Loved it so do try it out.
