this guy is smart when he spoke about the logic when the big buyer stepped in but the big seller was there .. logic requires patience and cold blood when trading . I like the video .

SIR, When trading forex with daily support/resistance levels trades get executed infrequently--so next choice is S/R 4 H chart levels, as directional bias & 15M chart price action live execution. Anyone recommends putting standing orders at 15M,S/R levels in direction of 4H trend in 6-8 forex pairs every day & SIT. After all at S/R levels odds of TRADING EDGE are still better than even, Each order has stop loss but no TP--need your wisdom.

Hi Brannigan, you spoke about how timing is what separates bad ass traders. It seems like you use the "elephant" buy order to illustrate an example of this timing. However, was there a way to catch or time the breakout of the low of the day that you talked about at 11:45 in the video? There was no pullback to this level for an opportunity to get short, so I'm guessing the only way would be to hit bids as soon as the absorption was broken through? Or was this a trade you would simply pass on?

if you do not see it in a certain TF you would have to go down to a smaller one and you could see the PB and the opportunities that the market gives you

I think as soon as you see those bids laying there you gotta think about 60% likely reversal at least 23% of previous drop, so statistically, 15 tick stop youd look for at least 30 ticks, bud.

Why does it sometimes work, why does it sometimes not work, cos like all strategies, it doesn't work at all except by coincidence.
    Just saying.

its just luck and coinciding with ongoing price long enough to clear the spread and to make some pip value

There is no magic rule which will determine the exact time the market will dry up and see volatility disappear. Generally the market will pause in anticipation of the next move from central banks. A trader’s ‘style’ can be broken down into four main categories. -Scalpers (Short term, quick in-and-out trading) -Day Traders (Intra-day trading, no overnight positions) -Swing Traders (Medium to long term, trend momentum & range trading) -Position Traders (Long term, ‘buy and hold’ trading ). I Buy the dips and sell the rallies as a swing trader on trend momentum working with ''IQD Momentum strategy'' from LUKASZ WILHELM Method. At any given time, on my 4 hour chart of gold above could be beautifully expressed and mapped out with just two levels at any given time with these method. make research for advanced strategy on any category you belong to. make google search and learn more of his strategies.

@@haydenh2283 just like everything else depends on bounce of probabilities. If the probability is high, you take it. Now stfu, let me drain your liquidity.
