I am paying 12k to my cook/maid just so that she doesn't leave. Food is imp. And for the maid, we are again paying 3k. If the maid doesn't come, we ask the cook to do the cleaning as well. 3k Maid is just a backup basically. If you pay them well and tell them that you will cut their pay, they take very less leaves. be generous with your money but not with your time.
