There are several factors in how to talk Arabic easily . A place I discovered which successfully combines these is the Mirykal lingo guide (look for it on google) without a doubt the best treatment that I have ever found. Check out the interesting information .

Hi. I am international Arbic language trainer i teach standard Arbic classical Arbic and spoken Arbic all topics very easily I have 4 years experience and online also teach
That which you are speaking of is modern Arabic. In classical Arabic the doer I, You, He, She is hidden in the verb itself. No need to specially add I, You, He , She with the verb. And this is the rule you shall find in the Quran. Though in the Gulf countries Modern Standard Arabic is spoken and not Classical Arabic
Certainly this is a good deed. Very helpful to learn Arabic for the persons learned in english. It will cover 30% world population.

Arabic verb = subject + verb + gender

Walekum salaam warahmatullah million and billion of thanks for sharing this wonderful lesson.
This is one of the best lessons in learning Perfect tense (Arabic) verbs. If only it included we (nahnu) and they/them (hum/huma/huna).

So basically if I wanted to say “I opened the door” in Arabic it would be
فتحت الباب
??
In my opinion it's better to add ana at the beginning of your sentence as long as it's written form
