As of now I'm a mechanical engineer and I have worked for 3 years in a core company that deals with excavators as service and sales engineer... Also I have finished few courses in designing field.... In general I wouldn't suggest any course as it really depends on multiple factors like an individual's interest, career plans, financial background and risk capacity. yes, you are right and umbrella companies should be an alternate option if it falls under Dutch labor act then this will ensure your job safety.. If not then you might be at risk without a project..

All univ ask for IELTS, but GMAT may be optional for some univ. if you have relevant work exp. then you look for SCM.
