Burge, Regina Mundi Iskolache

From the depth of my heart and a majority of my 50 years of existence, I have been, I am and I will always be proud of my alma mater, REGINA MUNDI HIGH SCHOOL.
This song is dedicated to every Christian Brother, every teacher, staff and student of Regina Mundi, all over the universe.
Over the past few months, I have been sketching my memories and working on composing this song, with the help of my fellow school mates, family and friends.
I present this music video to you on my 50th Birthday...
My thanks goes out to my school mates Ashley Rodrigues (Cansaulim,Goa) for his guidance, Rodney Vaz (Dubai) for performing the lead solo with his team and to Jojo D'Souza (Goa), and his Studio - BIG BANNER ENTERTAINMENT AND MEDIA LLP, who worked on the video, the editing and bringing this all together.

Hi Francisco many thanks for your kind words. The whole concept of the song started when we were chatting in our class group on WhatsApp the topic of raw mangoes came and how we would rush to the cansaulim tempo :). My father cried listening to the song as you know he's a tiatrist from the Rom-Rem-Rod famous trio of the yesteryears...

Hi Seby this is Vinay. Rmhs 82 batch. We have not met but wanted to congratulate you on the most wonderful Konani song I have ever heard. The lyrics the rhythm and your voice place the song in a class of its own. Your song is the best tribute to the school on its 50th anniversary and beats everything else that is being done. And that your 50th birthday coincided with that of the school and the release of the song makes it even more special and one for the records. This song did take me sometime since I had to do the sketches, then bring them in illustrator, edit then take into photoshop etc. It was lot of efforts but was worth it in the end...
