No really! She was eating gopchang (something I'd NEVER consider eating) and it looked so delicious.
I will say it again her appetite is not a joke...being able to eat itself is a skill regardless of gaining weight or eating a stomach full. I don't have the confidence to take more than 5 bites when I see so much food before me, just seeing huge food will make my appetite go away. Tzuyang is amazing

She probably have high metabolism. She says that as she grew older, she losing weight instead even eat so much, it’s one of a sign for people with high metabolism. I have a friend who have high metabolism but probably not as high as her. She tried her best to gain weight till this date, we already in mid 30s. While I’m gaining weight after gave birth as my metabolism decreased and hardly reduce my weight in certain numbers, my friend lose her weight fast and still skinny. And she’s not exercising. She even tried few supplement to gain weight but not getting any good results
But if she really doesn’t workout at all, what you going to do about it??😏

it’s crazy to explain this to someone who only meet her the first time. she literally is just like that
many people thought she might spit out the food or give some to the crew (yes she did this sometimes but she gave very little) you guys need to remember she does mukbang in public places, where people can watch her live, if she does those 2 things, i think she will be criticized by people and never would have done mukbang until recently (sorry my bad english)

to answer some of your question, yes she eats a ton without gaining weight. she could eat lots of food in one sitting but she does fasting too.
about her health, she cant "work" without health checkups in fact its required for them to have regular checkups.
she really has a fast metabolism. so its not really a big shock that she's not gaining weight from eating tons of food without exercising.
She join a lot of restaurant that make food challenge where you have to eat untill the time limit and you don't have to pay for the food if you win. Some of them is a BIG amount of food too
I think that's why she can eat a ton without gaining weight is because her body's already used to it that it speeds up metabolism to cater to her "usual" meal (and shes been like this ever since she was a child). I have observed this to people who "diets" too and cut off their food consumption, they get fat easily when they get back to their usual diet because then they have confused their metabolism.
Which is why I stopped dieting, I only gained weight when I cut off my usual food consumption. When I got back to it, I gained more weight for a couple of months and got back my usual bowel movement after a couple of months, losing the weight I gained.
100%, that's why things like 1200 calorie deficits don't work unless you maintain that amount forever which will not make you happy and eventually start hurting your health. You should eat to live and not live to eat and find a healthy balance.

Idk I ate a lot as a child and was fat. I didn’t even eat as much as her and I started eating less as a teenager and lost weight. I think it’s just her body metabolizes food fast.
facts, i dieted for 5 years and always ended up gaining back to my original weight or MORE! when I finally started eating to hunger, I have so much more energy, I went from sickly 24/7 to full of energy... I can workout now too, when it used to be a struggle when I was dieting.
