Yes same! My parents were married but my dad wasn’t around for like extracurricular activities. My mom was always that “cool mom” to my friends and everything but I know when not to fuck around. I never did anything crazy growing up. She would buy us alcohol but only during my senior year and she wouldn’t let me drink anywhere else but at my house. She would let all my friends stay the night if we all drank. We would just separate the guys from the girls and she would walk out every 30min/hour. I love my mom and glad how she raised me. I am just glad I was able to have some fun memories while growing up.

i started smoking at 15 (without my mom knowing), im 20 now and my mom's been smoking with me since i was 17. She was cool about it but never let me abuse it. Both of us have dealt with severe anxiety and depression and weed has honestly really helped the both of us in so many ways. Weed is definitely not for everyone, but i guess it depends on how you grow up with it. Almost everyone in my family smokes weed whether its openly or secretly. I feel like if you grow up with people telling you how bad and dangerous it is instead of telling you the benefits, you're going to have a shitty experience with it.
