I am amazed how compliant your children are. I have 4 children all with additional needs and getting them to help out at home is like pulling teeth. Our mornings are complete chaos, we are always late, the house is just a crazy mess and we are lucky if we manage to get out the house without someone being in tears. It is hard work. I need you to come and organise my house PLEASE!!! I don't know how you find all the time and brain power to be as organised as you! It is a fine art ❤

Hey Rhi, hope you’re well I’m happy, good and well thank you good evening love this Organised morning routine video. I’ve really enjoyed this morning routine. It made me feel happy to be more productive and organised in the week. I always try and get up early in the week at 6:45am or 7am so I fit everything that I need to do early in the mornings. Drinking water makes me feel better and happy all the time. I love being in a happy and motivated mindset as much as possible. I absolutely need to try the count down to 5 method so I get out of bed in the morning. Listening to music, podcast or a video makes me feel good. I love my skincare and my haircare too. I love journaling! I really love straightening my hair and I always look beautiful, natural and lovely. I love strawberries and apples! I need to think about things which I’m grateful for. Can I also have a reply from you telling me what’s the name of the new video which is coming on Tuesday evening at 5pm from you please? Will you be doing groceries hauls videos soon? Have you tried keeping a basket IN the bath for towels etc to save you going and fetching a basket to put them in? I had a black microfibre cloth (dr martens shoe polishing cloth) run on me and stain the bath so I now keep a "wets" basket in the bath that can be brought up or down stairs as needed, won't end up staining the bath and can easily be lifted out when the bath is in use. I use grey baskets for "wets" as our laundry baskets are pink so they don't get mixed up and so the upstairs one doesn't be left dowstairs, just shaves a minute or two off bringing it down if its already in a basket.
My skin is probably the wrong type to use nivea soft as a moisturiser as its insanely oily and I'm prone to breakouts, but I will say that its an excellant moisturiser that my nanny used for YEARS (possibly since it came out). I've also read that the "nivea creme" I spotted in your drawer is a dupe for a £1000 "La mer" face cream. I actually read somewhere that you can use nivea creme as a cleanser too kind of like a cleansing balm, but I use the "Boots Traditional Skin Care Cream" that way and find it very good for removing make up,and unlike the oil I was using, is more travel friendly. Its quite similar in texture to nivea creme so I'd assume nivea creme might do the same thing.
Have you tried some kind of tea first thing in the morning? Whilst there's still caffine in some fruit/ herbal teas it is more naturally derived as opposed to being added in like it might be in your burst drinks and if your not a hot drink person you can put a tea bag in a glass of water in the fridge overnight and it will be iced tea by the morning. I do this with cammomile at night and I find it helps me sleep (plus some herbal teas are sweeter when cold and cammomile is one of them) and raspberry leaf tea has been used for centuries by multiple cultures to aid period pain, with some anecdotal evidence that it aids in PCOS. I don't find painkillers work on me half the time depending on how overstimulated I am (joys of being autistic) and since I tried raspberry leaf I've not needed painkillers at all for my period.

Love the idea of getting up early and having a few hours to myself. Unfortunately at this stage my youngest is up at half5 🫠😂
