Not just insurance causing problems, it's reliability. I don't know a single person who has had a JLR model without problems. Evoque, discovery sport with dpf issues, discovery 5 with so many issues the dealer took it back and replaced it, replacements panoramic roof cracked so mate handed it back and took a used BMW as replacement. RR autobiography misfiring ended up full new set of injectors. velar windows going down when using fob to lock car.
Yes, there are some technical issues but I know a lot of folks who basically eat less just to afford finance payment on them and pretty much apart from MOTs which the cars sooner than later will fail won’t see any technician or garage, worn out tyres, oil not changed, but hey I have RR lol
I have had two Evoque and now three weeks into a new discovery sport never had a day off the road apart from planned servicing. I have had Audis VW’s and a BMW and the LR cars are vastly superior
Is not just insurance is the actual maintenance of the car…….and the cost when they go wrong……..how many times they go wrong……so, yeah, they will get so cheap next year, as they don’t sell
Yes echo was terrible. I wouldn’t have a RR if you gave it to me. It’s not just the insurance we all know they come bottom of the reliability scale. Warranty companies pay out more for this brand than any other. (Fact)
They all get stollen hence why there cheap now most stollen vehicles no insurance will touch them sad how they make them easy to take land rover could easily stop it wirh a decent device
The viewers can see the desperation on your face. Imagine having a load of heavily depreciating RRs that you are desperate to sell. There's a reason why they are not bought in Australia it's because they are unreliable, low quality and can't be trusted. Buy a Land Cruiser.
Many existing LR owners are getting rejected full stop on the LR’s own insurance LR's own insurance is just a name and doesn’t insure anything! 😂 The insurance is arranged via an insurance broker, Wrisk Transfer Limited (not part of the Land Rover Group) that in turn uses LV insurance as the underwriter for the actual quotes and policies Just to complete the picture LV insurance is owned by the German Allianz Group!
For the love of God, don't buy a Land Rover product at the moment. The security and theft problems have yet to be solved, and the insurance premiums are still sky high. Then there's the reliability issues. Countless vehicles are off the road waiting for parts on back order to complete repairs. The whole thing is a mess. Don't listen to dealers painting a rosy picture, because it's nonsense. They have vehicles in stock they want to shift before values drop any more, and they'll say anything to get gullible people to sign on the dotted line. If nobody can get sensibly priced insurance, the vehicles will become valueless, and this chap knows that. I sympathise with him wholeheartedly, but don't let him make his problem yours.
I got sensibly priced insurance 4 weeks ago on a new 300e discovery sport £495 for 12 months. I have had previous LR/RR cars and never had a problem whereas Audi and BMW’s I owned whilst not particularly problematic I did have issues with both
What does that tell you 10 Range Rover in his showroom in December Range Rover insurance companies do not want to insure them now unless you want to pay a high premium in February 2024
Its only half price compared to a brand new model. The depriciation over two years would be about half the original price, so irrispectrive of Land Rover introducing their own insurance, the problem with these cars still being easy targets for theives remains and the price is exactly what I would expect to pay for a two year old Range Rover.
Get yourself a clip-on microphone and maybe then we'll understand what you're on about.
I was thinking that in the first 10 seconds 😂
yeah!
Could you re make the video making sure that the sound is audible please?
Couldn't agree more bud👍
What did he say?

Half price Range Rovers
Full price servicing and repair costs
and to the New owners the new Citroen parts makes the Ranger Rover a MUST BUY !!!!😂😂😂
The Citroen parts will probably be the least likely to fail. And I'm speaking as someone who doesn't rate Citroen quality very highly.

Kindly advise where can I get range rover for half price
I've had about 40 firms offering me quotes for a rr sport but JLR own insurance wouldn't quote me. They are useless 😒
Yes echo was terrible.

No they arnt lol. They refuse quotes to most people. Sorry your business is screwed but it is
They all get stollen hence why there cheap now most stollen vehicles no insurance will touch them sad how they make them easy to take land rover could easily stop it wirh a decent device
Cannot understand what u r saying. I very nearly bought a Range Rover but my kids persuaded me not to and I am glad that they did.

Check out the new Land Cruiser!
What an amateur video .
get a mic please!
Sounds like you’re in a tunnel
A tunnel of deep misery with the bankruptcy of the business at the end of it.
Just useless!
Given the complete lack of professionalism in this video, I wouldn't buy as much as a cup of tea from you mate.

The quality of this video/ad underscores why nobody wants a JLR product.
46 000 pound, still about 45 999 pound more than they're worth

They’ve gone out of fashion big time. Give it another 1-2 years they’ll have halved in price again or more!!
You need a body-mic!
I’m on my third Range Rover in ten years. Wouldn’t drive anything else.
84 subs and 18k views.. good click bait 😂
Once was enough , had a vogue 4,6 HSE , it was in the workshop more often than it was on the road
Unreliable expensive tofu run and insure, not mention easy to steal hence high Insureance, also bad for the environment an outdated concept.

You couldn't give me one not until the security has improved
Did you just compare the old model with the new one?
They will still be nicked.
