  • Brother LS2125i for grand daughter Serenity who is 11, showing threading the bobbin and the machine. Machine is lightweight and portable. Easy to use. I show how to replace a needle with the flat side toward the back of the machine. Always use the same thread for the top and for the bobbin. I also show how to put more thread on the bobbin using the diagram on the machine. Also close up of threading and placing bobbin in bobbin case in machine. Handy storage area for thread, needles, and bobbins. Please enjoy.

Thank you SO much. I am SO grateful that you did this video. I needed a refresher.
I bought this sewing machine to replace my broken(old&well used) machine back in 2003. I only used it a hand full of times. I haven’t sewed with a machine since 2004 when I got pregnant with my Twins-I’m a Mom of 4, so needless to say I was busy and too tired to do any sewing projects. This whole time I just hand sewed anything that needed mending.
My kids are adults now and as I went to show my daughters how to use this machine-I realized my brother returned it without the manual when he borrowed it!

I'm still trying to get it done. Changed my bobbin so that both threads are the same. Never heard of that, but perhaps that's why the stitch keeps bulking up and not being tight? 🤷🏽‍♀️🥱 Gotta keep trying my hand at it. I'll get it sooner than later. Anyway, Thank you!😊

There are close ups of the needle and bobbin threading at the end of the video in case it's hard to see in the middle of the video.

Good info, just purchased this exact same model new in the box at auction for 15 dollars. It appears to be a basic yet good little sewing machine to own and use. Great vid!

Can’t tell whether to put the bobbin from right to left or left to right. Have watched 3 videos now and nobody says and can’t see it well enough. They just say pop it in. Dang

Which way do you put in the bobbin? How do you go around the thing on the top of the machine. This video was not helpful at all.
