Love the content and yes Dove is perfect because it doesn’t have sulphates. That’s why it doesn’t irritate. 🤗soaps like lux etc have sulphates 😭😭

Your shower routine is almost similar to mine, I only use dove body wash and soaps and the body scrub mine is the hydrating one (orange) and I also bath with body oil(baby oil or parmer's) twice in a week. And gyna guard for down there. Now I'll need to add the foot scrub to my routine thanks for the plug🔌. And I also use the same body mist 🤪😜...

You just apply it on your body and rinse it off, but not thoroughly thoroughly and pat dry your body to keep the oil on skin.. And have a glowing skin🙃
