Hi, i've acomplished a noiseless motor by disconnecting the 2nd coil (whose purpose is only to set the correct direction of the motor). Also, i've lowered current to the motor that is, the main, torque developing coil, by raising the resistor in series. Once the 2nd coil is disconnected this motor is virtually noiseless!! Anyway i appreciate your product and video!
Will this kit prolong motor's life? It is better than going for Origin Live motor kit or just a different solution to the same problem. I am cosindering your solution as I don't want to go into origin life kit - I would rather keep my thorens more original.

i own a stock TD160II and dont hear anything from the engine, only excellent music output.....am i doing anything wrong?
