this is so off subject but I was wondering someone in the comments or anyone who sees this can respond. How do you avoid a toxic friend without being mean. (All my friends want to avoid her as well but we can’t kick her out or avoid her without being rude about it) it feels impossible.
Hi Harper, I would suggest approaching this from the standpoint of what behavior is acceptable or not within your friend group. Sticking around can then be your friend's choice. The book Boundaries by Dr. Henry Cloud (recently featured on Sadie's channel) and Dr. John Townsend was a life changing book for me! I highly recommend it! Crucial Conversations is another excellent book!!
