Ngl I’ve been watching you for nearly 2 years and you are still my top asmrist im not sure what is about you and you’re asmr but damn you’re one hell of a guy for sharing the tingles thanks cap much appreciated
I’ve popped in and out of your discord server but have been overall to busy with work and stuff to you be active on it enough and I’d really be down to interact with you sometime online
i find it funny that for the rest of our lives when we think back on our memories, its always going to pop up in our minds as “precovid” or “post covid”
Alright, my dude. You were already becoming one of my favorite TH-camrs, but now that I seen Family Force 5, Relient K, and House of Heroes in your library, you are the top! Lol good music right there.
I didn’t know the Captain listened to Skillet and Rilent K. Although I can’t be surprised that he’s cultured considering Rick Astley was also on the list
If you’re into the indie pop scene with artists like Dominic Fike, Gus Dapperton, Oliver Tree etc. I would recommend checking out some more hip hop infused artists like Steve Lacy, Kevin Abstract, and Omar Apollo
even though i have been subscribed to your channel for over 2 years, i had no idea you did this series, I guess it never got pushed to me for some reason
For recommendations, here are some of mine from what I've been listening to lately: 1. City Girl - An artist that makes great chill ambient music. I often have them on in the background while working on projects or doing something productive. They also bring on guest vocalists sometimes, and those performances are always top notch. Best way to start with her music is probably just putting the whole discography on shuffle on Spotify. 2. Phoebe Bridgers - Her album "Punisher" was probably my favorite album of last year and for good reason. I'd probably start there and then work your way through her other albums. 3. Omar Apollo - An underrated indie rock/pop artist who's starting to accumulate a wider following. Heard his song "Erase" and I was hooked. 4. The Backseat Lovers - Listen to their song Pool House if nothing else, that song is so addicting. The rest of their album "When We Were Friends" is also amazing. 5. The Front Bottoms - A rock band that's gotten pretty popular in the last few years. I started with their NPR Tinydesk concert, then listen to Talon of the Hawk if you're interested. 6. Hozier - Probably the most popular artist on my list, but I still see him as incredibly underrated. Sure there's Take Me to Church, the smash hit everyone knows, but his 2 studio albums are chalk full of songs with fantastic lyricism and instrumentation. Not to mention his amazing vocal capabilities, would recommend his Tinydesk concert as well.
What are you listening to these days?
I'm listening to this song called vamp fangs by bby goyard
Tool Assisted Speedcore
country, was a huge rap fan but realized how messed up the lyrics and artists are and how toxic it is to my mind
lots of zeppelin
