Looking at my stats since the “nerf” and comparing it against the average damage and win rate before it (without HPE+ pre-nerf and with HPE+ post-nerf), there’s been no difference really. The only changes are that a larger share of the total damage now comes from secondaries, and you do need to be a bit more careful with positioning. It requires a bit more skill to be effective, but it is still murderous when deployed well.
Absolutely. It went from "stupid broken" to top end of T8. Which is ok - I still hold that this ship will attract focus fire, and it's really just an issue for BB players. Everybody else just shrugs, sends HE & torps, and gets on with their life.
@@FunandGameswithTerry Well, I’d say it went from stupid broken to just broken - it’s secondaries are still stronger than any other ship at any tier in the game by a country mile, so at t8 I think that still qualifies as broken. But it is at least a bit more manageable if you can focus it down.
Well done! I fear no DD in Atlantico. Those secondary guns are brutal & a DD trying to come in evading the mains they get a CL broadside on either side!😘
Playing with no safety net is always much more fun in my humble opinion, high risk reward is a gamble, and Im a gambling man personally. ;) Great content my Aussie Ally 👌
I cant undestand why this ship is that strong. For anyone that already searched about this ship will see a battleship that should be called "Riachuelo" (and that is the name I think this thing should have in game). Riachuelo should be a new battleship that Brazil would buy right after Rio de Janeiro class (that should be built after Minas Geraes class that isn't in game). Riachuelo was planned to be built in 1915 and this ship should be something like Queen Elizabeth class, just better armored, with some more belt armor and deck armor, also getting more AA and better torpedo protection. When I first saw this fkng ship at tier 8 I didn't knew about him, I just did my brawler thing with Prinz Rupprecht but got vaporized xD I really cant understand why a slightly better Queen Elizabeth class ended being a german brawler with 8 CA twin turrets on each board
It's the old Hollywood Kung-Fu battle - the opponents form a circle around the hero, and flail around theatrically, but agree to only ever attack one by one to ensure they're defeated in the end.
The original deck armour was way too thick - she basically had tier 10 armour in T8. And while the secondaries are still ridiculous, at least she's not (as) invulnerable anymore. Still a very dangerous ship that doesn't require skill to receive good results. If you see one, focus fire :)
This is what the ship should have been released as. If you can aim and hit the deck armor, it’s a significant nerf. If you continue to hit the main belt armor, you might not notice the nerf at all. I was able to get very few lucky citadels pre-nerf but now I’m able to get a couple every time I play against one when I’m playing a BB
So I want to give an answer about the refunding thing before I see your opinion after the games. No not at all, she is still incredible strong, because the secondaries are still the same and the massive damage is pretty much still achievable only that it's harder.
Oh boy. It's Columbo all over again.

The Ashitaka and the Belfast were paid actors. LOL

12:00 citadel on he secondaries?
I encountered an atlantico yesterday for the first time and managed to drop it. Didnt know it was nerfed tho. Still pretty happy :)

Gonna take revenge for everyone who suffered :P

2:32 can confirm, managed to citadel one yesterday lol
