The MK 4.5 is my dream chronograph, I agree with you in all the mentioned points: it is the perfect watch of the 70's.

Great video as always Armand, I particularly like your vintage value reviews. Thanks for the efforts you must go to in finding all of this info for us.
Have you ever come across J.W. Benson? They seem to have a fascinating history and have produced some really classy pieces.

    Gorgeous time pieces!
My favorite is by far the Movado triple calendar.... what a stunning dial!

hi armand! great video as always! i watch all of them. this time i have a question though: can you maybe suggest me a nice looking vintage watch in the sporty style like a rolex explorer? doesnt have to be the same of course. just something i could wear on a bracelet to all occasions and if its a brand name the better. size i dont care too much about but i think 36mm explorer looks best! i have a hard time finding something at the moment besides a tudor oysterdate which is borderline too dressy and right around my budget max and an omega geneve cal.1012 daydate, aswell as similar seamasters with the round lugs. budget is below 1500 but if under 1k even better! thank you!

I really like the mark 2 series with the orange features!! I think they are affordable! Right now i think omegas with black dials are hype on the market! Great content! 😄

Nice selections, Armand! Wish you had included the case diameters (small quibble).

Hi Armand, same as you, I love the 1019, which in my view is the best smooth bezel watch Rolex has ever produced. But the horse has left the barn a long time ago on this one. I must have toyed with the idea of a 666 at least 3 or 4 times, but good, clean examples are hard to come by. I prefer the silver dial version on that model to the black dial one, as it make it appear slightly larger on the wrist. Other great value watches I would add to the list are the Minerva Pythagore II, with their handwound caliber 48 and their 38mm case. I am in the process of getting one with an "Anniversary" type dial.

Thanks for a another very good video. As other comments have stated, it is much appreciated that you put in such time and effort to produce something of this high quality.
As a mere novice, I do get confused with the plethora of movement names and numbers but I hope that will improve as I learn more about the subject.
On the subject of high beat movements, I would like to know what the associated costs and benefits are. This would seem to be particularly pertinent for a watch that is not a chronograph.
