Disgusting and shameful. I wish I'd known how bad processed foods were when my kids were young. I've been carnivore for over a year now and off BP meds and thyroid meds as well as cholesterol meds. Almost 50 yes old, down 30 pounds and feeling amazing. Oldest child is great about what kinds of foods she eats and her 2 small children are not allowed cereals and junk thank goodness. But my younger two adult children still eat SAD diet and are both overweight. I pray one day they will see how what you eat directly impacts your health. Thank u Dr. B for trying to help people live healthier lifestyle;)

When i lived in the US I enjoyed eating cereal for breakfast everyday. Got IBS and some of the shittiest quality of life because of it. I'm glad I found carnivore, no IBS and much more energy.
