Jamaicans vote based on the popularity of the leader and with Holness popularity high then you see that the JLP has its campaign around him The PNP does not do that as it's campaign is based on corruption and no government in the history of jamaica was thrown out of office because of that. Lack of performance and bad management of the economy are reasons not to reelect or not to elect. So far the PNP does not have a campaign of performance to run on so it focus on corruption and not mark Golding as a new leader with brilliant ideas on how to further improve on the current good performance. You don't hear the PNP complaining that there are no jobs or complaining that the economy is not growing.
