- "People pleasing" is a concept that a lot of people have problems with when they get into recovery. This talk is from several different speakers on the subject, who help people understand that it's ok to take care of yourself, set healthy boundaries, and be responsible for oneself.

Thanks for these on line meetings! I missed the 12:00 meeting I was to go to today. I was finishing my 1st step from the NA Step Working Guide and couldn't` put it down. Also, being disabled, it makes it really easy to catch a meeting when you need one, or even if you think you don't need one, Thanks
