Great help there, as for the basic needs as well as to learn and having an interview about your past relation so that you can get a more healthy relationship in the future. Many people do actually find similar relationships again which could result in the same problem again and again. I don't know you Marta, but I feel for you.
You're now processing what happened to you and that is good, for a time.... then moving forward, maybe alone for a time, to land. Give time to think what YOU need and want in the future. Its a dangerous jungle we live in and a lot of "men" do everything for 1 thing.....
Yes, not everybody is like that but it only needs 1 to ruin your life so stay safe
