    Q:-(1)FET kistarah bantaa hai...?
    Q:-(2)kiya FET k region ka dopping level our size same hogaa ya different...?
    Q:-(3)Why and How FET is different from BJT...?
    Q:-(4)FET our BJT dono may kis ke conductivity ziyadaa hoge....?
    Q:-(5)FET ek transistor hai, our transistor ek semiconductor device hai our hammay pata hai k semiconductor may 2 charge carrier hotay hai, Ab mera sawaal ye hai k FET may current due to only majority charge carrier kistaraa possible hai es k saat miniority charge carrier kiyo nahi flow kartay....???

    00:09 Introduction to Field Effect Transistors
    01:28 BJT and FET are three terminal devices.
    02:52 BJT and FeT are current controlled and voltage controlled devices respectively
    04:24 BJT is a bipolar device and Fe T is a unipolar device
    05:46 Field Effect Transistors (FET) can be used for amplification and switching.
    07:06 MOSFETs can be classified into two types: d MOSFET and e MOSFET
    08:29 Transistors are integral in electronic devices.
    09:56 Field effect transistors have high input impedance and are more temperature stable compared to bipolar junction transistors. They are also smaller in size.

    Well done! One question, do Kirchoff's with voltage and current work with transistors? It seems like they don't but is there a phase issue?

    • @bijaysharma932
      @bijaysharma932 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      it wont work because transistors are non linear element i.e, its resistance is not constant throughout the range of operating voltage. Moreover it is an active device . So , transistor's conductivity(or resistance offered to the input) also depends on the activating source.

      Because as fet's are high in impedence ,so no unwanted signal will be introduced in to circuit.
