Q:-(1)FET kistarah bantaa hai...?
Q:-(2)kiya FET k region ka dopping level our size same hogaa ya different...?
Q:-(3)Why and How FET is different from BJT...?
Q:-(4)FET our BJT dono may kis ke conductivity ziyadaa hoge....?
Q:-(5)FET ek transistor hai, our transistor ek semiconductor device hai our hammay pata hai k semiconductor may 2 charge carrier hotay hai, Ab mera sawaal ye hai k FET may current due to only majority charge carrier kistaraa possible hai es k saat miniority charge carrier kiyo nahi flow kartay....???
out of the two (bjt or fet) which one should be uesd more as a switch????
Hey, ur the best teacher. I always watch ur videos before the class(always active in the class due to this )
Well explained, thank you
sir plz explain the reason behind FET 's thermal stability and why bjt's are amore sensitive towards signal?
Thanks bro for wonderful explanation .
Namaste From Nepal🇳🇵
Superb explaining method superb
thank you soo much sir. #feeling so grateful
Love all the videos!
superb explanation😍
you are doing gods work < 3
Thanks once again as usual :)
Thanks you explain everything as a brilliant guy 😊❤
Thanks for this Video.
I have an doubt!
Why fets are more temp stable then bjts?
@nesoacademy
Sir sach me aap you are great thanks a lot 🙂🙂🙂
Thanks , Great lectures ..........
Amazing...Sir my teacher asked me....Explain the difference between FET and JFET.... kindly answer it for bsc ......plzzzzzzz sirr
I can't tell you how much I'm greatfull to have you therer 🤗🤗🤗
Excellent class..
Man ur a great teacher.
How can you know all things? whenever im looking for tutoriol some specific subject, you appear in front of me immediately which is very interesting :D Thank you so much.
Nice explaination 👍
Best explanation .Tysm
Great work... Go on ..👌👌👌👍
Just can't thank you enough for all your videos .......
When we r taking about jfet we connect the terminals to the drain and source so how can we control the voltage
00:09 Introduction to Field Effect Transistors
01:28 BJT and FET are three terminal devices.
02:52 BJT and FeT are current controlled and voltage controlled devices respectively
04:24 BJT is a bipolar device and Fe T is a unipolar device
05:46 Field Effect Transistors (FET) can be used for amplification and switching.
07:06 MOSFETs can be classified into two types: d MOSFET and e MOSFET
08:29 Transistors are integral in electronic devices.
09:56 Field effect transistors have high input impedance and are more temperature stable compared to bipolar junction transistors. They are also smaller in size.
Nice explanation
ur videos are very much helpful to gain much concept
bjts are more sensitive to applied signal as compared to fets .what does it mean?plz explain it.
You safe my 5 marks buddy Love you NESO
you are awesome SIR
can you please upload the explanation of mosfet transistors ,your videos of JFET and BJT where help ful to me .
way explanation was too good & attractive
thank you so much sir.
Thank you so much dude!!!
It is very use full for me
thankyou for this sir...
Good explanation SIR
thank you for all your work ,man!
Can u upload video about analysis of BJT and JFET combination circuit?
you are Amazing !!!God bless you !!!!!!!!!!
can you please upload some more videos on JFET as soon as possible
your videos have helped me to learn BJT within 2 days .
thanks for helping us out !
Neso Academy thankyou so much !
waiting for videos on JFET
ALL HAIL NESO ACADEMY 👑👑👑👑👑👑
Plz post high frequency respose of bjt and fet
neso academy, providing knowledge in clear and easy way.tanks a lot.i completely loose my exam fear after watching ur electronic tutorials
What is pinch of voltage, cut off voltage, minimum saturation current ??How can you proceed to JFET without showing us the graph of FET charactersitics ??What happens when we increase the V_gs reverse biased voltage??
You're awesome!
you are one of the best tutor .thanks ..go on and make more videos
Please do videos on Analog & Digital circuits also.
Sir in gate syllabus jfet not mention
Only MOSFETs so from gate point view imp or not?
Thanks a lot sir ...
Thank you neso academy 😘
Well done! One question, do Kirchoff's with voltage and current work with transistors? It seems like they don't but is there a phase issue?
it wont work because transistors are non linear element i.e, its resistance is not constant throughout the range of operating voltage. Moreover it is an active device . So , transistor's conductivity(or resistance offered to the input) also depends on the activating source.
hai sir I have small doubt. that is in this video the bjt is current control Device bcz of control by ib but why u don't raise the ig at fet . u only discuss about vgs at fet and only ib at bjt then what is the position of VB at bjt and ig at fet
God bless you! Thank u so much !!
Bro please make a video on unipolar junction transistor(ujt) and silicon controlled rectifier (scr)
Sir
How we get sapchichut my means to say 19n60 sapchichut witch one fet and how can get from net witch app we have to install please help
Sir plz provide some mcq of these topics........ Then we caught these topics strongly...
A big thanks!
Sir plz make videos for logic families also
nice.... good job
4:56 Bipolar and Unipolar
7:28 Classification
pls upload next asap sir.
Hello; Do you have some videos on MOSFET. Thanks (:
You save my life
Nice sir!
Q:-(1)what does it means that BJT is less temperature stable and FET is more temperature stable....??
Plz explain this point...?
Q:-(2)what does it means that TRANSISTOR is very or less noise...?
Plz explain this points...!
Q:-(3)what are the similarities between the BJT and the FET transistor....?
How we easily remember which one is controlled parameter and controlling parameter in voltage controlled and current controlled device
Is thermal runaway is possible in FETs?
Super video
What do u mean by sensitivity of applied signal?
Subscribed😎😎
Nice video
When would the next video would come on mosfet
Elaborate the point : BJTs are more sensitive to applied signal than FETs
Because as fet's are high in impedence ,so no unwanted signal will be introduced in to circuit.
But not in bjt's..
This was a superb lecture, though I wish you did explain about the emitter current and the Vgs a bit
Very useful.....
Turning on the CLOSED CAPTIONS helps with this man's accent on certain words like "path" and "developed"
you are awesome sir. #respect.
You can tell us the difference between FET and JFET?
thank you
How electric field effects the conduction of output side how can u say sir
