Well, buying a percentage of a box for less $ doesn’t necessarily mean your odds are better. They’re actually the same- what you’re really doing is guaranteeing what cards you will or won’t get if picking teams or divisions etc. So it can theoretically make more sense to people- but at the end of the day $ for $ breaks are horrible values too.

All teams are not equal and there’s comp data to calculate return % Do you think people buying breaks are all foolish? Breaking is very similar to poker. There are fish and whales. I see your point- but the majority of people still lose on breaks- even if they find a way to maximize their odds. They are still odds. Still better off buying singles than buying into breaks or buying entire boxes.

I don’t think it’s about whether an industry is booming or not. The problem is most people are getting smoked. It’s not right. The price of wax isn’t right. Have been doing singles for years and it’s the only way to guarantee what you’re going to get.
