happens when you think you're all that and a box of chocolates and think of others as side characters who simply exist to make you feel more important.
Who doesn't require vehicle repairs? I have a buddy that is a mechanic and he's probably more successful then anyone else I graduated high school with. He owns his own shop, all the cool toys and properties he's ever wanted, and has more business then he knows how to to deal with. He even had to hire a life coach to assist him with how to set boundaries with his personal life, so he can actually enjoy it.
nice story. I have often said that if we all had the same education who would make the delicious pizza? Who would clean your house? Who would repair your car? My dad had "goldern hands" as my mother would say. He was an electrician by trade in Germany after the war but wound up working in a factory here in Canada. Good money regullar shifts and no bullshit. My mother worked in a deli (she managed it). My father could fix almost anything. He build our cottage (prefab but still!!!!) When he rewired an extension onto our house the inspector raved on about how precise and clean his work was. The breaker box was outstanding. I did the printing for the tags/labels because my father wasn't great at english spelling. Trades make the world go 'round! You can be as exhalted as the Queen but if your loo doesn't work or the lights go out, who ya gonna call??? Trades.

Here we have a simp jumping from one woman to another even before dealing with his thoughts. Wrote so many positive things about the first one, goes through crap but then jumps in and idolizes the second.
Too many of these stories do this crap. I've been there before, and jumping from one relationship to the next is one of the worst things you could do. Your guard is down, and your rose tinted shades are on because you're in the honeymoon phase once again. The new girl you're with ALWAYS seems like she's so much better and more understanding than the ex.
But it is a cheater Sarah that works with marketing. It's always a Sarah that works with or studies marketing 😂 and there is the "nothing fancy" cliché, and "it's like she seen a ghost or something" after talking about the look on her face being priceless. It's ALWAYS like this in those AI stories 😂😂
crossed my mind as well XD, but there's no problem here, I mean, whomever wrote this just went "and they happily lived forever and ever" and went on to write a new story for reddit.
A reliable mechanic is pure gold. Too many shops try to scam the customers. I happens to most women but some are so bad they do it to everyone. Glad OP found a person who respects him for him. Also I'd LOVE to see the Mustang. 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
I knew this one guy who could fix anything. Need a new furnace installed, no problem. Need a car fixed, he did it. I swear I never saw such a versatile person who could fix anything no matter what the problem was. I thought I had him stumped at one point because I worked in a printshop and our electrostatic plate maker wasn't fusing the image to the plate material. He took it apart, looked at all the components, showed me how to discharge all the residue electricity and he fixed it. I don't think he even changed any parts, just fiddled with it! What gets me is that people have to be especially trained to work on machinery like that and he did it without even having any special training. I asked him how he got to learn so much, he was in the Navy and worked on the ships engines.I guess if you have the basics of mechanics you can fix just about anything. To Matt, I always admired you, the smartest person I've ever known. He's long gone by now, but I will always remember and admire him for his skills. With hands like his he could have been a Surgeon. He was just as smart.
This is the fifth mechanic guy being cheated on story of the week 😂😂😂 I didn't know mechanics were getting cheated on this often, is such a important and necessary profession, a good partner should be proud 🤔🤔
Certified auto tech here. Very few would guess the amount of education AND continuing education it takes to turn wrenches on cars. Miles of wiring, dozens of computers....
One thing I never understand, why do people use their own cars when they stalk someone? That and using the same car when they follow someone more than once.
Funny how he keeps pushing how he's not less than any white collar worker and at the same time keeps on about how "simple" he is. Actually, to me someone who knows how to use his hands has a lot more to offer than someone who knows how to push paper around a desk or knows how to make money from somebody else's work.

If one partner wants an open relationship while restricting the other, it’s not about love or fairness-it’s about control. No one should be devalued based on their profession; respect should come from character, not job titles. You deserve a partner who values you as an equal, not someone who sees you as less."
If it was me she is free to have an open relationship however I would be free to break up with her so she can be free to do whatever she wants just without me.
Admit I'd prefer a grease monkey over a office bloke anyday, my bio dad's always worked with cars so probably get my respect from him (although will admit I know very little about cars myself)
A one-sided open relationship is called cheating
I cant imagine someone looking down on someone for being a mechanic! Theres to much to be proud of!!

Stay away from anybody that looks down on people because of their salary or lack of prestigious job.

just WOW, the parents in this story were LEGENDS lol, they didn't started a drama or stand behind their kid... good for them...
Poor OP. He already is falling for another one. Hope he learn the lesson and DONT hurry to put a ring on it

I'll never understand people who disrespect others who serve them.
Ghost busters!!!!!

He was already getting cheated on long before the one way open relationship. The red flags are in his face and he does nothing.
simping brings nothing but misery yet still it doesn't stop simp to simping.
Hypergamy is a hilarious boomerang. It comes back and she's a single mom and broke.
At least it’s a mechanic, not an IT expert or a software engineer. 😂😂😂

Wait till Mia graduates, becomes a nurse and thinks he is beneath her because doctors are at a higher level.

Good story, well written.
One thing I never understand, why do people use their own cars when they stalk someone? That and using the same car when they follow someone more than once.
What kind of weird mental flex is THAT?!?
Dude, how can you be so blind? She's obviously cheating
It's so hard to find an honest mechanic

Karma is devine 😂😂😂😂😂
lol, mecanics (owners) earn more than many businesses.
If it was me she is free to have an open relationship however I would be free to break up with her so she can be free to do whatever she wants just without me.
This was actually a good story.
Ahh, another mechanic.
