  • Are you ready to solve your doubts about "very" and when it is right to use it?
In this English lesson, you are going to learn about gradable and ungradable adjectives and their modifiers including 'very'. #gradable #ungradable #gradableandungradable #adjectives
Once you understand the difference between gradable and ungradable adjectives (or normal and extreme adjectives) I'll challenge you to a quiz to test your knowledge.
We'll also be giving examples of how to use these adjectives and modifiers in sentences. So make sure to watch this video and learn all about gradable and ungradable adjectives + modifiers!
I created this video because I have noticed, while teaching, that many of my students make mistakes with very and other modifiers. It's very useful to know these for Ielts and Cambridge B2 exams, which I prepare a lot of students for.
So let's master today the modifiers in English grammar. #modifiers #modifiersinenglish #englishgrammar

    Let's master English together ❤️
    Lots of love,
    Maria

This is really useful to understand why you can't always use 'very'! Nice.

Awesome!! You can tell how this makes a difference when hearing them in use! It's great to see English grammar explained as I have always struggled to find good English grammar explanations.

Hi dear teacher.I’m from France. You have a very good method to teach English. I appreciate the exercise at the beginning and at the end of the lesson because we can see the difference of our knowledge before you teach us and after this. Personally I have got Zero at the first sight of the exercise and after your explanations I have seen the mistakes without hesitation. Thank you very much. ❤

Thank you very much. I liked the video, however I am still struggling to remember the non gradable adjectives.
