He bit Eren’s nape, but from the audience’s perspective it looks like a shoulder. And he would’ve killed him if it wasn’t for Levi. And he would’ve killed Jim again if it wasn’t for the Warhammer and scouts. And when he bit Eren’s leg. He was also pushing him upwards with his titan and the floor that he broke. And he would’ve ate Eren again if he didn’t transform immediately.
i not sure but i think i found an easter egg in the manga where levi heals at the fight with the woman titan but it coul be too the smoke from the woman titan nice viedo :D

Big calibre bullets like that generate a lot of force on impact, erens head would have most likely been blown to pieces instead of being cut.
