When I worked in a restaurant/café every year was nearly the same for 15 years. Term time was the growth especially at the approach to Christmas season.
During the dips we did our training experimenting with new meals to add to the menu etc.
I joined Scentsy Maine Stars October 2022. It's been slow going, but I am determined to figure my path and keep reaching for the stars. If I give up and do not truly try every path and avenue to make my business succeed then I will never know true success. My main goal is to spread my love of Scentsy and share it whenever I can without breaking my budget! Customers will come and then my team will grow! I am winning because I get to meet new people and when I hand them a little sample and info they accept it with a true smile is great feeling and it keeps me moving and grooving!

I have been a consultant for 10+ years and this still hit home for me. Good to hear DIPS are normal...and we are not alone. Those who stay will be happy they did!

Thanks Jennifer, it is good to hear the dip hits all consultants at any level.. Sometimes my mindset isolate myself that it's only me. Why I'm not having the reach outs like others? I am still reaching out to new prospects by introducing them to why I use Scentsy to allow them try the products freely..
Hey Ann! You are correct in the fact that no one is immune to ups and downs that life throws at us. A choice most everyone is faced with in ANY business, at some point, is if they are going to continue to fight for their dreams. Everyone has to choose for themselves if they are going to move forward or move to the sidelines. You got this!!!

Thank you Jennifer. This spoke to me. I'm going to use this dip to really spend time on the purpose. It's time for me to give back and do some good. This is where my roots will really dig deep and take hold.

Just subscribed to your channel after watching your video via fb group. Thank you for using Robert Frost poem that I learned in high school, back when dinosaurs roamed the earth. LOL! I am at that point; however, it's time to get out and do vendor shows and get a good customer base. I joined Aug 2021 and already in the dip!

Completely off topic, but how long do you allow your wax to hang? I'm sure you sell so much that it is in constant rotation, right? I get the SOTM and WOTM every month and yet I don't always sell them quickly, that's why I'm wondering. Thanks for this video btw! Love following you. You are so encouraging :)
I personally only hang briefly for display. I lay them flat in storage containers when not recording a video or showing to a customer. 😊
