given her circumstances not having an emergency fund is an emergency so that first at least 3 months then car debt then house fund given the housing market there is no rush there
My family and I went through a similar situation last year with housing and trying to figure out what was the best way to leave renting and buying a house. I can honestly say PAY OFF THE CAR!!! The less debt you have on the "books" the more you will qualify for. Also, you will be surprised as to how much your monthly budget will increase with home ownership. With no car payment, that helped with the increase in house bills and if there's extra, then you can apply that towards principle or escrow (which they NEVER take enough out up front). Applying extra towards principle will decrease the time it takes to pay off the mortgage and decrease the amount of interest you will pay! PAY IT OFF>>>PAY IT OFF>>>PAY IT OFF!🤑
Good to see you back! Use the 50 envelope for your house down payment. Leave the car alone, it helps show that you are making regular payments on time on your credit. It will actually help you get a mortgage. 😊
Awe! I get it when you say your mental health takes a hit every six months when you realize again that your babies have health issues. My son has a rare genetic "anamoly". He looks fairly normal, but as his mom i see and deal with the behavioral issues, but it all feels pretty normal until we have specialist appointments and then i realize again that my son is not normal. It hits me new everytime and theres a day or two that im pretty down about it. Love your channel!
I recommend paying on the principal of the car... mark any extra payments you can make as going to principal. That way you will be saving money on interest, and get out of that debt more quickly. Then save for the months ahead and house down payment. 23:58
I’d say priority term life insurance for yourself then 1-3 months emergency fund, insurance on yourself, health insurance, pay car off, then 6 months emergency fund and house fund last.
Hey! Long time viewer, first time caller lol... I'd probably go for paying off the car first since there's an interest rate on it that's just eating up extra money for no reason. Unless you have a super low interest rate, which in that case I'd start saving for a down payment on a house.
Hi Beautiful It’s Dianna I think you should do both if you can. Because I would use it for the following year. Do one for every month. Then that way the client can choose which one they want. But l would use all of them. Then that way I could get ahead
YASSSS! I'm glad the launch went well Jordan! 🎉🙏 It truly is a blessing in disguise to be in the studio for now. I hope you're able to save up more for emergencies and big bills. I was very tempted to purchase the 50 envelope challenge, but I'm so used to my cash being straight. I don't like folding my bills anymore. 😅 I'm glad you still have the full page sleeves cuz those are my jam.
Girrrrllll I COMPLETELY understand about folded cash. I've always been strongly against it! Hahaha. I like that with these you only have to fold once because I find that acceptable, but I refuse to fold it up more. =P I don't know what it is but I prefer it straight too. Don't worry, the original full page sleeves won't be going anywhere. ❤ (Though I do have a lot of fun ideas for these divided sleeves if you do end up changing your mind. ❤)
Hi! So glad to hear u n boys are doing well. Yes, recovery from those type of health visits do stress u out mentally. My husband had his 1st seizure on Labor Day and i had never dealt with that type of mental stress n girl it took me like 2 weeks to feel normal again. It was just a different feeling, its like im was there but not at the same time, always worried. So its been crazy almost 2 month financially husband had 2 b seen by a lot of doctors n get cleared by them. So hopefully soon he can start working again cuz we need his income.
Hi Jordan!!!! I am so happy to see the post that you have a new video out!!! I’m going to watch it now! I have been watching your old videos in order to support you! I am so happy to see that you are cash stuffing more than $2,000 dollars! Wow, that’s amazing Jordan. I am so happy for you! Today I was watching your first videos and I am just so happy for you to see how far you have come! I am so proud of you and I rejoice with you in your wins and victories! Like the fact that you are your own boss and you get to have more free time with your kids as opposed to your former job that gave you such a hard time when you had to take off because they were sick. I am so glad that you no longer have those worries or struggles! Love ya Jordan and now I’m off to watching this video! By the way I missed ya!!! 🥰❤️😘😊
Jordan I miss you including the music introduction in your videos. Can you please add it to your future videos? I would love that! To me it feels as though that’s part of your brand, that introduction music.
I do want the monthly sets, I prefer to buy a preprinted set but if not I would still by the printable option. I love the idea of the 2 month sets because I am a planner and that would be great for how I plan my budgeting.
I would focus on house down payment. Then once you get your home and if there is anything left over put towards your car and you can tackle the car more once you are moved and settled. Just my thoughts 😋. I hope you are moving close to your brother so you have family close and also have your own home to do what you want and the landlords can all fluff off, you would be the boss lol. I wish you all the best either way!
So glad to see a video from you! We are headed to New Orleans from Missouri and I was like we haven't gotten a video in a while. And looked and here we are!! I absolutely love the candy corn binder. I want to buy one so bad. Are they available?
I think you should launch the physical wallet and also the digital wallet just because some people can only afford the digital and not the physical wallet
Hi Jordan! I'm glad to see you mentally getting back on track. Medical appts can take a toll on ya! For monthly binders, I'd love to see a version that is NOT month specific. One that can be reused month after month. I know that somewhat defeats the purpose of having us come back to purchase more. But honestly, I can't afford to purchase each month as I am in a season of having to be very tight with our money. So reprinted my "October" digital printout and then used whiteout on "October" and wrote November. Lol. It looks a little tacky. But a girl's gotta do, what a girl's gotta do. All that to say, if you could do a digital "reusable" set like the October's Candy Corn release, it would be great. Keep doing great things!
I understand what you are saying. Every time something bad happens to my son I have to take a few days to feel bad and then get back to life again. His last thing was when he was diagnosed with heart failure and went on meds and then back last December we almost lost him twice. (4 nights in ICU twice that month).. and I am still recovering from that one.
I would do both house down payment and extra car payment. Use $500 saving challenge for extra car payment and use 50/52 envelopes challenge to strat a down payment
I can't remember what you said you use the 1-31 monthly savings for. But I think that would put you close to a car payment. And could use the 50 envelope challenge (multiple times ) to help you with a house. Now that your bills are lower, I really think you could do both if that is what motivates you.
There is a Christian health care that a lot of homesteaders and homeschooling moms use. Jammerill Stewart is one that that uses it. They usually have large families it’s called Christian Healthcare ministries. It may work for you.
So glad to see you back! I would just do the December as the physical so that there is time for people to buy them and receive them before the month starts. Sorry to hear about having to deal with the health issues with you boys I completely get taking time off. Family is so important. Does your state offer the marketplace plans for health insurance? It’s worth a look if they do. We looked at them a few years back when my husband got laid off during the fun of 2020.
My husband and I are flying to New Brunswick…we live in Ontario Canada. Leaving Sunday and will be driving around the areas we think we might like to live. I can’t wait ❤️. Missed your videos 😊
Ohh that is going to be so fun for y'all! I hope everything goes smoothly and you find your place you feel at home. ❤❤❤ Thank you! I missed y'all too. ❤
Hi Jordan I totally missed the launch I would like the 100 envelope ones. I want to gift one to my friend who started on the Saving Train 🚂. I enjoyed this you totally Rock!!!
So I like the binder that you have set up here. I know the candy corn is printable. Is there a way to do a October physical binder or just the binder by itself? Or where can I get the binder so I can continue purchasing the printables and create the binder.
Hey Jordan, loving your cash stuffing super glad that you have all that money to cash stuff! Insurance is a pain in the butt that is for sure! It is so ridiculously expensive nowadays 8:23
Of course ur house down payment first then any thing else .. but bay for a small house or condo then sell it after u finish all ur debts and buy a bigger one
Hi Jordan! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw that you’ll be cash stuffing $2,158. I had to read it like 3x. You have been so blessed 😇 I’m trying so hard to save money buy some of your products. Something always pops up, 😩 Just can’t win. God Bless and have an amazing day/weekend🎃👻🧡
Lol I hear you loud and clear with the focusing on the car (because I also am very much hating these car payments). And thank you for the input with the monthly binders. I'm going to see about launching a limited amount of November asap. ❤
Umm okay, it should be.. but I keep forgetting. >.< I'm writing it on my to do list today and WILL have it launched as it's own digital product by the weekend. ❤❤❤❤
We all start somewhere. I still save my change roll it and put it in savings. Now it's ones and fives. I'm deep in debt, was debt free, this time medical and credit cards. Keep on.....best wishes.
That makes a lot of sense Naseebah, thank you! I keep leaning that way then I talk myself out of it getting worried about house needs lol. ❤ Always happy to see you here! ❤❤❤
I recommend focusing on getting debt free and then do your emergency savings of 6 months and then for the house. Don’t do too much at the same time. 😊
Depends on which method she is following because most financial advisors say to have a 1,000 emergency fund before paying debt.
given her circumstances not having an emergency fund is an emergency so that first at least 3 months then car debt then house fund given the housing market there is no rush there

Yes I would like the November binder still and December

Hi Jordan. So good to see you again.
Also I would love the 100 envelope blue galaxy 😊😊😊
Hi, glad that you are back! I would like the physical items for November and December please

Jordan I miss you including the music introduction in your videos. Can you please add it to your future videos? I would love that! To me it feels as though that’s part of your brand, that introduction music.
Here catching up on your fabulous channel ❤
I’m interested in purchasing a 50 envelope savings challenge booklet (like the one in this video)!
I do want the monthly sets, I prefer to buy a preprinted set but if not I would still by the printable option. I love the idea of the 2 month sets because I am a planner and that would be great for how I plan my budgeting.
Newbie here! I’d love the 52 envelope savings challenge in the colorful version! It’s so cute! 🤩💕
Did you learn anything about taxes during this catch-up process? I would pay off the car first and get rid of that bill and then find a house.
Jordan can you please do both binders November and December! Is not too late to come out with the binder for November.
I’m interested in the colorful 50 envelope challenge whenever your ready to make more! ❤
I'm so happy to see your video. God bless you and your kids ❤❤❤
I would prefer both physical, if we can get them before November.❤
Hey friend. Really enjoyed your video. Glad your back and everyone is doing ok.
So glad to see a video from you! We are headed to New Orleans from Missouri and I was like we haven't gotten a video in a while. And looked and here we are!!
I absolutely love the candy corn binder. I want to buy one so bad. Are they available?
Yes I need a November launch because I don’t have a printer… I will need them printed every month. Illl pay 😅

Hello, friend. Please launch a physical binder for nov. I am running out of things t buy from your shop. Glad you’re doing well.
A 26-Week challenge would be nice for low income gurus.
Hello I’m glad you’re back, for the 50 envelope can you do a preorder.? No pressure.❤
So glad to see you back! I would just do the December as the physical so that there is time for people to buy them and receive them before the month starts. Sorry to hear about having to deal with the health issues with you boys I completely get taking time off. Family is so important. Does your state offer the marketplace plans for health insurance? Hey Jordan, loving your cash stuffing super glad that you have all that money to cash stuff! Insurance is a pain in the butt that is for sure! It is so ridiculously expensive nowadays 8:23

Umm okay, it should be.. but I keep forgetting. >.< I'm writing it on my to do list today and WILL have it launched as it's own digital product by the weekend. ❤❤❤❤
Hey I would honestly pay off your car instead of saving for a down payment on a house.
😊
Hey girl hey ❤
Hey Precilla!! ❤
Who has $2k plus just laying around? I’m saving literal coins in a jar after I’m done paying bills for the month.
We all start somewhere. I still save my change roll it and put it in savings. Now it's ones and fives. I'm deep in debt, was debt free, this time medical and credit cards. Keep on.....best wishes.
I would focus on the car and when the car is paid off hopefully you’ll have more to put towards a house and out of debt ❤
That makes a lot of sense Naseebah, thank you! I keep leaning that way then I talk myself out of it getting worried about house needs lol. ❤ Always happy to see you here! ❤❤❤
🍂🍂🍂
❤❤❤
Pay the car off first.
💞💞💜💜
