I just started working for Allison transmissions. I'm a durability test driver in Arizona. We do a lot of driving up and down mountains and city testing. The transmission really go through a lot of test sequences before actuall production.

I want your jobby, sounds like one of the best to have. As long as it isn't the AT545 I really like the Allison stuff, I own a few of the MD3060s and those are def my fav med duty, I haven't driven a heavy duty truck with a automatic but I'm sure those are awesome too.

Love my Allison Transmissions I have a fleet of Freightliners M2 Business class trucks
(2 =2016)(2 =2017)
(2 =2018) (1 =2019) all have the Allison 3000 RDS all my drivers love them and take there trucks home with them. There dependable very low cost maintenance and extremely powerful Transmissions. Never ever have we had any issues with them. All we do is service them once a year. Never ever in my life have I seen transmission with so much torque and power. Its great to see an American company make such an amazing product in this day and age. Keep up the great work Allison. 👍❤👍

Hi I'm looking for help. I have a small M2 tractor won't move. Fault code is 45 12. Solenoid A.. wiring checks good not really sure how to make sure solenoid is good or not

Need a volt meter that will display ohms, then locate the solenoid and test it at the solenoid without the harness connected. I don't know what reading would be good or bad on those though, my knowledge on Allison's is quite limited and I've not had any problems with any of mine on top of that (though I'm sure one day I'll get there) sorry Im not any help. I do think on those if one solenoid is bad you have to replace the whole pack, I THINK.
