I also have a pretty good strat. Use the interact mode on the toolgun and trigger it at the hotel, do basement then roof, and the jump off. Then I head for the 2 close together and any order from there. I only do the crane one if the observer is VERY far away

I know another strategy. U can use the interact mode in reality crusher and interact with that wall. So, u can fly to the blueprint near crane, use the interact mode to interact with the wall on a distance, the event will start and you can collect the first blueprint easily. Also, u can open all needed doors and button in the hotel before starting, it can save u a few seconds. Hope u notice this:)
in my few runs this dude actually get me tweaking because he was actually camping when i get to collect one reality crusher description from here.also he once literally jumped top of me when i climb to watch tower but atleast i beat it

Tip if you wanna just make this fight a little less heavy : spawn 2 miniguns with Mighty skin. Yes you will die twice but the guns with drop where you die and it will follow you to the fight too and you can use it there

TIPS FOR BEATING THE BOSSFIGHT (inspired by cheemdolls comment) -water slows you down, to enter the bossfight, try using the interact tool in the RCV2. -the observer (as well as most nextbots) have a bad hitbox, so you may struggle trying to shoot at it. -shooting the observer should be used in emergency since ammo is limited, it stuns the Observer for around 10 seconds -the hotels blueprints as well as the watchtowers are extremely dangerous because you have few escpape routes, try getting them after stunning the Observer or just keep a nice distance -you can try to practice by using the Fashnaim nextbot as he is quite similar to the Observer -whenever you see the observer dangerously close to you, DO NOT use your gun, only if the observer is critically close to you. -the observer emits a EXTREMELY big black aura like the shadow mutant, this may help you locate it in some situations. -upon beating the Observer, you get the Mighty gun skin, a extremely OP skin which can be better than revengeance if applied on a minigun, this is useful to beat the /whereAreYou? Bossfight (phil bossfight), since you cant load saves or spawn props/static to make him stuck.
Pro tip:stars a mission and go menu select invisible and creater mode once you selected go to the boss fight if it observer kill all enemys you will get flying ability hope this helps you
1:35 i always did that blueprint first but when i got up or trought the hole, the observer was always there. Moral of the story: never do this 1:35 blueprint first.
I tried everything, cheats, speedrunning... but i always die for slip on ground or pass out, one time its as just 1 paper, its was on the top of the tower, the Asshole jumped on me and i falled and died, i cant take this shit anymore, i quit this awful crap.
ngl when i start the boss fight i quit cuz i fear him for the first time but when i play multpile times i just use the pistol onnthe map and says "cmer cmer" and jump toward at him while shooting and died by touching his hitbox its so funny.

Fun fact: You can use the /setSkin /Mighty on the weapon before the fight put it on the place you want then start fighting
