Yes.... I am way behind the rest of your followers and just catching up on previous vlogs. Also want you to know that I have had back issues similar to Hunter's for a very long time (off and on throughout my life). The best advice I ever received was from a chiropractor at a time when my back went out and I couldn't even walk. He fixed it the best he could, and then he gave me an at home program which I still do from time to time if I feel back issues cropping up. Walking daily and also exercises to keep my core stronger, because if your back muscles are doing all the work they will eventually say "FU, I need help from your core". I know you live a super busy life, but without a strong body things can become painful and all the fun goes out of life. Just an old lady here giving the best advice I can. Love you guys!!
