I love that you guys talked about the loneliness epidemic. It is sooo hard for me as a 40yr old to make great friend connections. Been having that feeling of loneliness for a very very long time.
When I was a kid in Brooklyn in the 70's we use to be outside all day playing stick ball,hand ball,stoop ball ,ringalivio .These days kids are on there dam phones,ipads,computers all day getting no exercise. It's Soooo sad to see.I'm 62yrs young and workout 5 days a week,off days i'm walking hiking,elyptical workout.I'm just trying to live as long a mobile life as I can.

I sometimes eat candies pre workout, particularly if it’s late at night and I don’t want to load up on caffeine. Probably not the smartest trade off in the world, but at least I’m keeping my sleep consistent lol

Even prolonged fast as long as there is some resistance training during your fast prevents muscle loss to any significant degree. Imagine our ancestors running around the plains chasing buffalo for weeks with no food and their body starts to break down and become weak because they didn't eat. We wouldn't be here as a human species if that was the case
