As and old fan since 1995, I claim that "the raven", "elthe kyrie" and other songs from the heretics just can't compete ALL SONGS from ALL albums that were before Rituals. Each song of old RC style is masterpiece🔥

Nope. They only have always been "Rotting Christ Metal". Some people did not even like the "Dead Poem" stuff and they were saying back then that they were just commercial heavy metal with black/death metal vocals. Period.

Everything became "fire-desire-take me higher"(our local joke) and the emotional lyrics they had just disappeared and were replaced by boring instrumentals. Just compare "art of sin"(for example) and "elthe kyrie" where Sakis just screams two words through all composition.
