I mainly focuses on Nagisa as she's my main (been giving her EXP gifts like the red gift as well as the the EXP crystal that you can get from casino shop through gold coins) but I've not yet reached lvl 70 for her as the exp gap is really huge. I pretty much left the others to training (before they implemented hotsprings) and gifting them their fav food/drinks or four-leaves clover till they reach at least lvl 50.
