I kinda wonder how much this factored into the decision. We brought up war weight concerned immediately when the potions changed, and this kinda addresses that, but it also had the side effect of making it ok, preferable even to NOT upgrade some equipment....

hmm maybe I should just upgrade the meta pair of equipment for each hero and leave the rest low level to keep my war weight low
