In addition to verified email, you should also use the “last refreshed” filter and set it to 3 months ago. Some of the emails were verified long ago and will bounce. I saw this today in one of their tutorial videos.
Jay great video, I have a question, Appolo has limit for exports and then you have to pay extra if you want to export more, if i use appolo for emailing it doesn't have warmup feature. If your budget doesn't allow you to go over the Appolo export limit, how would you approach it, would you use instantly for warmup and for the the exported leads and then switch to appolo once you used up the leads but still use instantly to warmup?

To refine our emails even further, I'd recommend you set the last refreshed filter to 3 months ago to pull the most relevant emails only, then run the list through an email verification tool like ZeroBounce or Hunter to ensure it’s ultra-clean. Also, since this video is from last year, we’ve updated our cold email tech stack. We no longer use Apollo for sending because of its limitations; instead, we buy Apollo data affordably through TrustedLeads.io and send most of our emails via Instantly.ai. This way, we can leverage way more inboxes and a higher daily email volume, though it’s a bit less automated than the Apollo Play described here. Hope this clears things up!
Apollo is quite limited in mobile credit in my subscription package. I remembered that you mentioned about another tool that's better for mobile collection. May I know which it is?
What about for UK B2B market? I feel that a lot of these tools are very US centric and not may content creators cover what markets these work best in. Appears the assumption is a US only audience and clearly thats not the case.
The tools are US centric because it's legal to do and it's the biggest market we can target. All cold email is banned in the UK due to the Data Protection Act of 2018. Companies are not going to come out and tell you to break the law.

For the few campaigns I've run targeting companies in the UK, there was a somewhat negative reaction including them quoting the Data Protection Act and threatening to report me to the ICO. Once that happened I have been slightly hesitant with targeting that market. Now that I know B2B is allowed I'll be willing to test campaigns in the UK again. The google issue is unrelated to the sending tool that you choose. But yes we are switching to Office 365 just in case. And yes I use Apollo for data and instantly for sending.

Apollo is best.I use Apollo almost 4 years. I have 3 million leads like jay.

Instantly is much better for scaling campaigns. Apollo limits the number of senders you can add.

If you are running a paper lead model, then it’s up to you to have the systems and operations in place to keep track of each lead. It’s tough.

Try not to exceed 50 emails per day per sender. So if you want to send 1000 per day that means 20 senders!
