I already have Koleda and Astra so Evelyn has a team ready for her and I don't have any limited agents older than Miyabi. Lastly, I like playing Harumasa so I'm not that interested in SS Anby.

@@ethericdezigns1528 Dude, tell you see the strikingly similar outfit design? Plus Kafka doesn’t just use a sword, she uses an SMG and explosives *boom* 💥. So the comparison is only with highest praises from me since she is my favorite character in HSR.

However, if I came from HSR and that was my favorite character, I would definitely be highly attracted to Evelyn. I see your point. They both had that Virgil explosive effect. I can’t tell if Kafka snaps her fingers or not, but Evelyne does and that part reminds me of Mustang from Full Metal Alchemist.
I get a feeling we either won't be getting electric characters for a long time once 2.x starts or they will release an electric Miyabi that powercreeps everyone's electric characters so RIP to people who pulled them but $$$ for Hoyo.

I don't mean a literal Miyabi with the fox ears and all but electric, I meant an electric must pull DPS that will make every other electric DPS look bad like Miyabi is today. I'm almost convinced we will be getting a lot of electric weak enemies soon, likely in 2.x, where we might move on from fighting mainly ethereal bosses to machine-based bosses so they're trying to make sure we're gonna have electric teams ready for what's to come. And when we're all settled and invested in it, that's when they will release an electric Miyabi to Void hunter, lol. Or they could follow the genshin route where they made cryo meta early on then forget about it for several versions and bring it back for Snezhnaya.
I lost my 50/50 on Astra... yeah i know she is probably the best ever character released, but... i fell in love with Evelyn, so i will get Astra on a rerun and after Evelyn my account will be good with DPS. I have all the anomaly characters and Caesar, so after Evelyn its time to go for new supports, defenders and stunners.
From the moment it became apparent she wouldn't be as broken as Miyabi, she became a skip. Not cuz we need every new DPS to be on her level, but since we have more then enough fire coverage overall. So her being broken would be just to ensure she doesn't get power crept too fast... 😅

In addition, this CC's projections are so off, except the fact that Lorewise, S Anby will be stronger.
If you´re not gonna pull for characters because they´re gonna get powercrept... then might as well skip EVERYTHING till the last character of the game... It doesn´t make sense.
