Man I listen to you when I’m at my weakest… bedtime. When I engage in my nightly self reflection. My self talk has been negative for so many years and for so many reasons. The point is I knew/know that I need to make the changes in my mind and change the self talk. Mind over matter. Your videos have aided in me finding my spark to allow myself to keeping my fire stoked and helping me drive on when I forget the why’s and the how’s.

I wish mindset would pay my bills when I make 0 dollars per year. No transportation and need my prescriptions to stay alive. Not to mention food. I'm stuck. With limited mobility. 🤷
@@DizJakeit’s hard to have the right mindset sometimes when your drowning and all you can think about is a life preserver thrown to you, but all that’s being thrown is rocks, but I find myself just to keep dog paddling coz I know there will be at least one person that comes along that cares and that will assist to pull me from the water! Keep fighting man!
