Join me for a discussion on adrenal fatigue, its causes, the symptoms, and the strategies you can take to overcome this chronic health burden.
Adrenal fatigue can cause severe sleep disruption, chronic pain, fatigue, exercise intolerance, water retention, weight gain, central adiposity, anxiety, heart palpitations, and much more.
In this video, Dr. Osborne discusses the nutrition behind adrenal fatigue. What vitamins and minerals are necessary for the adrenal glands to produce cortisol, adrenaline, mineral corticoids, and much more.
He discusses lifestyle tips to help restore adrenal function naturally, including key strategies for sleep, sunshine, exercise, diet change, and emotional stress management.

1000 mg liposomal vitamin c cured my cronic fatige and adrenals. ORGANIC ACIDS test showed I had very low Vitamin c despite taking 500 mg a day. Now I do liposomal 1000 mg and I have so much more energy.

Thanks for addressing the vitamin C question (@ min 39:00) because the TH-cam world of functional medicine seems to be divided on this. In the case of C, the question always comes up like this: Is it better to take a whole-food complex or just ascorbic acid by itself? Your answer is, as always, succinct and comprehensible.

But I can say now I feel as if I'm dead I just haven't fell over yet. I guess can't go anymore drop-dead exhausted! So weak I can't flip over in the bed. I know there is something dreadfully wrong, and I've not been to a doctor that knows what it is our can help me. One doctor said I was only depressed the other doctor said that was only old age. The other doctor said extremely healthy. LOL so why am I so fast going? I believe it's all that doctor Osborne said deficiency! And perhaps food and water poison.

I have had years of chronic stress for about 16yrs. I have an adrenal adenoma on my left adrenal cortex also! I have suffered with high inflammation for so long. I just had a 48hr urine cortisol & catecholamine test! I have not had the results explained to my yet. But my cortisol was only 37 & I did not have any adrenaline to analyse! I also have very high aldosterone too!
Does this mean that I am in adrenal fatigue?.

Take care whit plant based and juiceing. If not real bio you can overload in pesticides , insecticides rich in bromine wich will take out your iodine leading to thyroid problems. The antinutrients from plants can diminish your mineral absorbtion. (phytats, lectins, oxalates)
Some people are not genetically good at extracting the proteins from plants. I was vegan for 3 years and damaged myself. Now I'm grain free. From plants I eat only fruits. Eggs, fish, butter, meat. Bio, wild. I live in rural area and we have good bio. I m fasting a lot, with mineral water, from a good spring. When I m eating fruits I pick them directly from the tree or bush. I stopped eating seeds, grains, coffee, cacao, oils, nuts. Goitrogens are dangerous in ares low in iodine,(not by the sea or oceans.) specially juiceing with them. Black, green tea can be rich in fluoride.
See the iodine crash course, by Dr Osborne
You don't want to end up with brominated T4T3 like I had!
All the best from Romania! Sorry for my bad English! ❤️
